Dr. Zahi Hawass: Intrigue in the Background of Egyptology (1.)

23. 09. 2016
6th international conference of exopolitics, history and spirituality

Numerous crackdowns on excavators at many archeological sites in Egypt and conflicting attitudes Dr. Zahi Hawass (Egyptologist) on the existence of tunnels and cavities in the Giza area suggest that some hidden agenda is taking place here.

Prior to 10 flights, three books provided an overview of controversies surrounding the Giza and Pyramid areas:The Truth from Chris Ogilvie-Herald and Ian Lawton), The Stargate Conspiracy (from Lynn Picknett and Cliva Prince) and Secret Chamber (The Secret Chamber by Robert Bauval).

The key question was whether there were any undiscovered or deliberately hidden chambers, either inside the pyramids or near the Sphinx. In the previous decade, interest in this area had renewed, thanks in part to the theories of Robert Bauval and Graham Hancock and the discovery of a passageway in an inaccessible part of the Great Pyramid. This discovery was made on March 22, 1993 by German robotic engineer Rudolf Gantenbrink during the installation of an air conditioning system. The discovery resulted in several allegations, accusations and invectives, which slowly disappeared with the advent of the new millennium.

Nowadays, it seems that interest in the secrets of ancient Egypt is waning and there is a truce of opinion. But after talking to people in the field and beyond, a completely different picture emerges. There is probably extensive censorship behind this Supreme Council for Monuments - Supreme Council of Antiquities (SCA), in particular Dr. Zahi Hawass, who has been its secretary general since 2002. Many Egyptian archaeologists claim that the organization has dictatorial control, but that this is just the tip of the iceberg of slander, embezzlement and perhaps something bigger. No one seems to have written about it for ten years, but the situation is at least as bad as in 1999.

The Supreme Council for Monuments is part of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture and is responsible for the preservation, protection and regulation of all antiquities and archaeological excavations in Egypt. Over the past ten years, the television viewer could easily believe that there is only one Egyptologist, and that person is Dr. Hawass. Truth be told, Hawass is more of an official than an archaeologist; it could even be argued that if he had enough time to conduct the excavations, he would not be able to perform his duties in office. But a TV camera is as attractive as a light for a moth. Hawass is a controversial character. It was in the middle of a feud in 1990, and it remains in it today, now more in Egypt than abroad.

According to Robert Smith, who wrote the biography of Edgar Cayce, Hugh Lynn Cayce (the eldest son of EC) reportedly said: I gave him a scholarship to the University of Pennsylvania in Egyptology to get a PhD. I gave him a scholarship through a person in AREwhich was on Fulbright's scholarship board. Hawass resolves something so resolutely, although it is undeniably true that Hawass was admitted to Pennsylvania University through a scholarship.

Events abroad

While everyone is watching ARE, there is another organization - ARCE (American Research Center in Egypt), which is overlooked and seems to be the one that pulls the strings the most. One source contacted to write this article stated: “I am a frequent visitor to Egypt, and whenever I talk to government officials, they usually don't like Hawass. There are many archaeologists in Egypt who are doing an excellent job. Anyone who visits Egypt and deals with Egyptology will recognize it at first glance. The only problem is Hawass and SCA. Why? Because Hawass is deployed to Egypt by certain foreigners for a very long time. They chose an ignorant, flattered him, gave him a title through ARCE. But he's just a puppet. ” On the urgent question, why this is so, the source added: "That's why secrets do not get out and also have the best archeological positions. Hawass stays there only because he knows how to use nationalism. I can hear him every day telling strangers how to rob the Egyptians and the landmarks of Egypt. It is clever, for it creates the impression that he is fighting for the Egyptians and will not be removed from his position. " Source also noted: "SCA executes orders from certain foreigners and helps protect their interests." In fact, although it may seem that the Egyptians are under the control of their own country, the appearance may deceive.

The organization that pulls the strings is American Research Center in Egypt ARCE. The ARCE website states: “We consider our relationship with the Supreme Council of Antiquities (SCA) under the auspices of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture to be a great success for ARCE, without which our work would not have been possible. ARCE is perceived as a major contributor to helping Egypt directly in its pursuit of cultural heritage. ” ARCE was founded in 1948 "A consortium of educational and cultural institutions," and the organization emphasizes that it is intended to strengthen American-Egyptian cultural ties and especially create official support for North American students in Egypt.

Interestingly, the ARCE website also states: "With the help and support of the US State Department, in 1962 ARCE transformed its internal organization into a more structured consortium. As a result, it gained the ability to distribute and control over $ 500000 from Public Law 480 (Food for Peace) funds. "

Although ARCE appears to be cooperating with the US State Department, one might ask whether ARCE has been used or misused for other political purposes with regard to interesting the political past between East and West in Egypt.

Today's satellites can make very precise geological analysis under the surface. They are also used by private companies to search for mineral resources - such as oil.
During the writing of this article, I was contacted by one source who claimed that SCA is regularly acquiring satellite imagery from the NSA (US NSA) with information on whether or not some underground facilities are located at all.

A few days to do it, 11. May, the Egyptian government, through Minister of Culture Farouk Hosni (Hawass Chief), announced that surveys conducted by satellite imagery have confirmed the existence of 132 archaeological sites that have not yet been visited.

Although Egypt actually has satellites in the orbit around the Earth, Hosni has not specified the source of these photographs. He merely stated that the photographic monument project through satellites was implemented in cooperation with the Egypt's National Authority for Remote Observation and Space Science (NARSS) a Mubarak City for Scientific Research (Mubarak City for Scientific Research) aerial images and laser surface measurements.
