Dear Mr. Obamo,

since the mid-1950s secret projects related to extraterrestrial affairs have been carried out without the constitutionally required supervision and without the control of both the President and Congress. It represents a serious and continuing threat to US national security as well as global security and peace.

The consequences of this matter are so far-reaching that every aspect of life on Earth will be affected by its publication. We are fully aware that this issue is highly controversial and suffers from a major social stigma within certain elite circles as well as mainstream media.

This topic was concealed by a carefully controlled psychological concurrence of mockery, fear, intimidation and misinformation that prevents any public official from openly addressing this issue. In addition, the "bubble" of security and access restrictions surrounding the President's Office makes it very difficult for the US President to get accurate information and advice on the subject. The consequences of this concealment, combined with the above-mentioned psychological aspects, ensure that none of your predecessors have been able to resolve this problem effectively. This has led to an unrecognized crisis that will be the biggest problem for your presidency.

Because of this misguided concealment, remarkable new sciences related to advanced power generation, advanced propulsion and advanced transportation have been denied to your nation. These advances include the creation of unlimited clean energy from the so-called zero point energy field and the field of quantum vacuum flow from the space around us and the drive, which was called (improperly) anti-gravity. The field of electromagnetic energy around us, which is embedded within the space-time structure, can easily solve all the planet's energy needs - no pollution, oil, gas, coal, centralized public services and nuclear power.

Declassifying information about these sciences and applying them professionally during your first term of office as president is the most important thing awaiting you. These sciences will create a real new energy economy that will enable mankind to solve its most pressing problems - global warming, poverty and resource depletion. Issues such as global warming, biosphere degradation, air pollution, energy security, Middle East policy, collapse of the geo-economic order, increasing inequality between the poor and rich in the world, overcrowding and sustainable life on Earth to name but a few are all interconnected and directly influenced secrecy surrounding this subject. The solution lies not in old thinking and technology but in new consciousness and the application of new sciences. These sciences were born at the turn of 19. and 20. but they have been abandoned and repressed because of the desire for power, greed, and fear of excitement of the status quo.

It is time for a new declaration of independence - one that frees all mankind from the bonds of economic slavery that is the result of secret centralized power, corruption, and global economic hegemony. The world does not find justice and peace until half of its population lives in terrible poverty, and the other half devours the Earth to maintain its standard of living. This desperate situation can and must be transformed into abundance, clean, all available energy and true sustainability. On this basis, with these new sciences, technologies and consciousness, mankind can move forward, united and in peace. Only then will we be welcomed among the other civilizations of the cosmos.

That we are not in the universe ourselves is now scientifically clear. That advanced civilizations - whose interests here are probably old as humanity - are controversial. Yet (as I found out in discussions with European leaders, the Vatican, Canadian representatives and others around the world), there is a growing consensus that we have been visited and that this information has to be published long ago. In addition, and more importantly, an appropriate diplomatic initiative to communicate with these extraterrestrial visitors is needed - for the sake of peace, without an attempt at domination, without militarism and paranoia.

If more than 80% of US citizens think that UFOs are real and that the government is lying to them in some way, continuing to conceal is only to the benefit of a minority that benefits from this secrecy. This concealment undermines the credibility of the United States and other governments, and allows the cancer of the uncontrolled hidden power - which we have been warned by President Eisenhow in his last speech to the nation - to metastasize around the world. Now the life of the Earth itself is threatening.

There is also a hidden, unexpectedly functioning operation that uses highly advanced electromagnetic weapon systems to track, target, and occasionally (but with increasing accuracy) also shoot down alien vehicles. This irresponsible behavior represents an existential threat to all mankind and must be stopped immediately.

The so-called MJ-12, or the Majestic group that controls this operation, works without the consent of the public without the supervision of the President and Congress. It works as a supranational government that does not answer to anyone. All control mechanisms have been destroyed. While the ruling entity is outside the rule of law, its influence is reached by many governments, corporations, agencies, the media, and financial groups. Its detrimental effect is profound - in fact, it acts as a very powerful and in an official structure an anchored global blackmail organization (RICO), whose power to this day remains unchecked. This operation, also known as the "black budget", is more than $ 100 a billion dollars spent annually from the US government - these funds would be enough to provide general health care for every man, woman and child in America.

When I was informed about this worrying situation in December, 1993 for the first time, the director of the Central Intelligence Service, James Woolsey, only one third of the ruling group agreed with what we were recommending: revealing the fact that we are not alone in space and cautious release of advanced power generation systems replaced oil, gas, coal and nuclear energy. My sources now inform me that more than two thirds of the government is now supporting our initiative.

Governments in Europe, the Vatican and Asia - particularly France and China - insist on declassification. If the United States is not at the forefront of this change, these other governments will overtake us, America will be left behind and lose its position in the world. We can not afford that. European and Asian governments will act with or without the US. Sixty years of secrecy was enough.

We also have a moral duty to warn you against the current secret plan to use advanced technologies for a fake "alien attack" on Earth. A group of activists under the direct influence of the Majestic Group is able to launch such a fake operation that would fool practically every person on Earth, including most leaders. The components of this operation have been tested in public during the last 50 years and include but are not limited to:

• Imitations of alien vehicles (Alien Reproduction Vehicles or ARVs), which are modern anti-gravity aircraft that have been fully operational since at least the late 1950s and early 1960s. Many so-called UFOs observed by civilians and military personnel are such ARVs. They represent uncontrolled or black air force and are capable of extraordinary speed, maneuverability and hovering. By the end of 2009, these technologies have undergone many generations of refinement and, if deployed, could easily simulate alien vehicles (ETVs). (Note that UFO is a non-specific term and may be either ARV or ETV).
• Programmed forms of life (Programmed Life Forms or PLFs), which are craftsmanship creation, alien-looking creatures who, despite being totally artificial, often deceive ignorant people. Stagecraft, genetics and other sciences associated with these creatures are beyond this brief briefing, however they are very well developed. Personally, I was informed from more independent confirmation sources about the development and deployment of PLFs. These creatures, which are used in conjunction with ARV, convincingly triggered popcult inflammation on "alien abductions". Victims of such paramilitary kidnappings actually believe they have been abducted by aliens and often have physical stigmas and implants to prove it. These implants are also made by man and we have information about the laboratories and corporations producing these items (see enclosed documents).
• Chemicals, optical and electromagnetic systems that help create consciousness changes, and are part of a "stagecraftu" that falsifies "extraterrestrial encounters."

The vast majority of published UFO information is therefore a carefully organized disinformation designed to prepare both the population and our leaders for a non-existent "alien threat". The consequences of this psychological warfare have been described in the CIA documents already in 1950 and are further elucidated by other documents and testimonies. There was no one smaller than Wernher von Braun before this cosmic fraud. The aim of this operation is to create a space enemy that would unify the world's military forces against such "extraterrestrial dangers". President Reagan and other leaders were the target of this disinformation campaign that was designed to ensure their silence or cooperation on secrecy and space weapons. Even the current president must be careful to avoid such fraud.

After careful review of all data and documents and interviews with hundreds of strictly confidential witnesses, we came to the conclusion that the real extraterrestrial presence is, on the contrary, peaceful. not hostile. If these extraterrestrial civilizations were hostile, they would destroy human civilization at the dawn of the nuclear era at the latest (due to the ruthless and aggressive nature of many of our secret military actions and the extraordinarily advanced technologies that allow the interstellar travel of these extraterrestrial civilizations). It seems, however, that these visitors are very interested in uncontrolled human hostility, war production and weapons of mass destruction, as well as our growing potential for space flights. The human tendency to perceive everything through anthropocentric projection leads many to the assumption of a threat where none yet exist. It is more likely that humanity can be perceived as a threat to the cosmic order if we fail to limit the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction that we are trying to expand further into the universe. We have not yet managed to launch an enlightened and peaceful diplomatic mission to extraterrestrial visitors. This needs to be changed immediately.

The declassification of this matter must be very carefully planned and constructed as a hopeful and uplifting moment in human history. Poor declassification that demonizes alien visitors or frightens the public would be more harmful than secrecy.

As you may know, my uncle was a project engineer who worked on the lunar module that brought Neil Armstrong to the moon. The reason why we were not immediately welcomed in space by other civilizations is that a stable and peaceful world civilization is needed for space travel, a humanity that will go united in peace and peace. In this respect, world peace and universal peace are two sides of the same coin. Once we promise to live in peace on Earth and go to space in peace, we will be welcomed here with open arms. Until then, a certain space quarantine is right around the Earth.

Unfortunately, the media and the film industry are very pervasive of the interests of the Majestic group, which uses the media here to ridicule the aliens, here to promote the terrifying images of the "alien invasion". Simply put, the population is almost perfectly retrained for a similar perception of the subject, which is another obstacle that needs to be carefully considered when planning declassification.

However, the current state of affairs is already unsustainable and a fundamental change is urgently needed. To this end, we ask the President to take a number of initiatives as soon as possible.

We recommend that the President:

• appointed a special Presidential Group to investigate this matter, identify secret objects and projects (see enclosed summary) and confirm the effective control of these activities;
• identified and immediately discontinued operations targeting and destroying alien vessels, space weapons and engaging in dishonest and disinformation projects;
• has developed response plans to minimize the risks associated with potential operations aimed at creating false observations of "extraterrestrials", including the preparation of military, intelligence and international institutions;
• created the Council for Interplanetary Relations to coordinate a peaceful, progressive and non-militarized response to the extraterrestrial presence. The Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence was not CSETI has an ongoing project for 18 years to create such a contact and will help you with this process. CSETI, in collaboration with other governments and world leaders, will establish such a council itself, unless the US government is able to do so within the next 12 months;
• has immediately funded the study, development and cautious release of new energy technologies that can quickly replace fossil fuels and nuclear power. Note that these technologies, which acquire energy from the zero-point energy field of the space-time, allow us to get around without electricity. We have documents and information about key devices and activities related to these technologies (see enclosed documents). We recommend that the propulsion and transport aspects of these technologies (electro-magneto-gravitational systems) be made public only when the global security situation is improved;
• has established senior mediators with Congress, the UN, and other governments to coordinate these projects and publish new energy technologies.

Further:

• The National Security Council must create a section of a concrete solution to the international, interplanetary and macroeconomic implications of this declassification and rapidly prepare the world for the release of these technologies;
• The Orion project has identified key scientists to help develop these new energy technologies. They agree to cooperate with us but prevent them from being bound by a separate operation (TS SCI) that is assigned to them. We are requesting an action by the President's office to enable these scientists to cooperate with us with full support and protection of the President. We can not underestimate the importance of these people being assigned to this critical task: in less than a year, we will have new energy generators developed for America without oil, natural gas, coal or nuclear power plants.

President Obama, I am ready to assist you and your administration with these and other tasks and I promise you our full support. Personally, I will fulfill any requirement from your office with complete integrity, discretion and utmost confidentiality.

I assure you that I sincerely pray for your leadership, protection and success at this moment when you begin your historical role as President of the United States.
