How to help the body free itself from today's hurried times? Learn to listen to it and take the warning signals it sends. Psychic and emotional strain lead to the emergence of diseases. Improve your life and focus on the chakras through which life energy flows.

What are Chakras?

The chakras are the energy regulatory centers of our body. Vital energy flows through them, which keeps us alive. The human body must be supplied from three different sources. It needs nutrition, air and vitality. The chakras are the center of energy potency and thus the source of all the energy that circulates through our body through the lattice network of meridians. Hence the name chakra, which in Sanskrit means "wheel."

Vital energy flows through all energy centers. It goes from below, along the spine up. The energy of the six chakras eventually merges into the seventh chakra, located on the top of the head. The chakras are located on the surface of the etheric body, in a series of circular vortices, some conical cones on the front and back of the hull, with peaks on the spine line. These cones rotate clockwise with respect to the torso, which means that vital energy enters us spirally from the front and back, except for the first and seventh chakras, which consist of only one cone extending from the ends of the spine.

The whole body is connected with the energy wheels of the seven chakras and through them experiences the vitality and joy of life. If one of the seven energy centers is broken, then the respective gland is weakened in the performance and the body areas belonging to it and the functions show disorders, that is, symptoms of the disease. Unbalanced energy in the chakras also has a strong effect on the feelings and moods of man.

Where is the energy from the chakras

Energy can be from a variety of sources. First, it is our own life energy and spiritual power. But by Chakras we also accept the spiritual energy of "prana" and all other energies around us. We can get energy into the body from other people who want to help us, for example, but it can be drained by some people. This then weakens us and we are tired.

When the chakras are blocked

The chakras store the energy of our traumas and various unpleasant and painful events that we have lived in our lives. For this reason, we can have some chakras blocked by this energy. Our life energy cannot flow enough and block them in the body, which can cause various pains or even chronic disease. Therefore, it is good to stimulate and purify the chakras. When the energy in the chakras flows properly, a certain frequency is reached that opens one's mental abilities and higher spiritual levels.

Seven basic chakras of our body

Chakras have hundreds in our body, each acupuncture point is actually a small chakra. Seven chakras are located along the spine. Each has its own specific characteristics. It differs from the others in its shape, color, wording, themes and organs to which it relates.

Root Chakra - Basic

Location: located between the rectum and genitals, is connected to the coccyx and opens downwards.

Color: red, red

Scent: cedar, cloves.

The first chakra is the source of vital force for higher chakras. It is linked to the earth, its energy, and its activities. It is related to experiencing the most basic aspects of existence like eating, drinking, being safe or warm. A blocked first chakra causes one to have little strength - physical, spiritual, and mental.

Ginger and valerian or linden tea spice warms the body and stimulates the root chakra.

The Sexual Chakra - Sacred

Location: It is above the genitals, is connected to the sacrum and opens towards the front.

Color: Orange

Scent: ylang-ylang essential oil, sandalwood

Second Chakra is the center of emotion and sexual energy. It affects emotions, interpersonal relationships, sexual energy and creative powers. Blocking in this chakra causes sexual coolness and suppression of emotions, but vice versa, suppressing emotions blocks this chakra.
It is the center of the inner self. It affects our self-esteem.

Energy flow improves pan circulation. Move the hips clockwise for five breaths and exhalations. Let the movement slowly fade away.

Solar Chakra - umbilical

Location: About two fingers above the navel. It opens forward.

Color: yellow to golden yellow

Scent: lavender, rosemary, bergamot

From the third chakra site our interpersonal relationships are controlled. It is the seat of the will of personality, emotional ties and mental processes. Blocking leads to feelings of losing courage, defeat, loss of free will, creating false ideas and negative thought constructions.
It is a place where stress and fear collide and also affects the quality of digestion.

This area is activated by a pleasant chamomile bath.

Heart Chakra

Location: in the middle of the chest at the height of the heart, it opens forward.

Color: Green (Pink & Gold)

Scent: rose oil

Fourth chakra unites through love. It is about relationships to each other, to other people, but also to the whole world. Its blocking causes inability to give and receive love.

The chakra is strengthened by lemon balm and hawthorn teas.

Neck Chakra

Location: The back aspect lies behind the neck hole, the front is on the apple core. It opens forward.

Color: light blue (silver, greenish blue)

Scent: sage, eucalyptus

Fifth Chakra is the bridge between our thinking and feeling. She is in charge of communicating and expressing her will in life. Blocking leads to inability to express - speech and empty thoughts.

Dissolve a pinch of salt in a cup of warm water. Drink heavily and gargle for about 30 seconds. At the same time, change the pitch and pressure. Finally, rinse the mouth with clean water.

The frontal chakra

Location: is in the middle of the forehead, one finger above the root of the nose. It opens forward.

Color: Indigo Blue (Yellow, Purple)
Scent: peppermint, jasmine

The sixth chakra is the seat of the higher spiritual powers. This chakra associates with the intuition and spiritual powers of the individual. Lack of function then leads to ground-level thoughts and rejection of spirituality.

The aroma massage with almond and violet oil encourages her.

The top chakra

Location: It is placed on top of the head (like a crown), pointing upwards

Color: Purple, White, Gold, Ultraviolet
Scent: incense, lotus

The Seventh Chakra = the seat of the highest perfection in man. The function of the seventh chakra is to receive energy from the cosmos. It is the seat of divine perfection in man. It comes into harmony when all the other chakras are in harmony.

Sit in a Turkish sitting, close your eyes, and lift your arms up to the sides to meet you. The fingers point up. The backs are upright. Then take a few deep breaths and exhale.

Meditation to stimulate the chakras

It is best to practice "Five Tibetans" for the proper functioning of the chakras.

For a moment of meditation, you can also try this simple exercise. Sit or lie down and clean your mind with controlled breathing. Focus your consciousness on your feet. Use your hand to pull energy from your feet, through your legs, to the base chakra. Imagine grasping energy and dragging it through yourself.

Gems are also suitable for harmonizing chakras. Usually we choose a color of stones that is the same as the color of the individual chakras.

And how to use stones? Pour the stone in the palm of your hand and breathe it several times. Then we can proceed to putting the stones on the individual chakras.
