One of the last documents describing and following the creation of artificial weather over Germany. The author spent a year observing the so-called Chemtrails over his city Stuttgart, and his conclusions are very discouraging. We can observe what is happening in Germany here in the Czech Republic and, in fact, all over the "Western" world.

An essential component of the weather system is the set of intervention methods. The number of these special intervention methods is limited only to imagination, but with a few exceptions, it is about the meteorological process in the right way, at the right place and at the right time to deliver either energy or chemicals.
