Ladislava Svobodová Píseň and Petr Kučera. More than three years later, in the Šamanka teahouse, musical matadors of intuitive music and singing Sueneé and his band of drummers (Sueneé Music Dance Group) met with Ladi Písní and guitarist friend Petr to harmonize their hearts in intuitive melodies and rhythms.

Rozhovor

Q: We played together last year in 2016 at Vyšehrad. From there the memorable song "Vyšehradní" has been preserved. How do you remember the Song?

LP: 2016? It seems to me like the eternity we played there last time. And just the song you are asking, I think it was symbolically the last played in Vyšehrad before they were banned by the "STOP, in no way do not rejoice and sing in the streets!" It sounds like a fairy tale. They had to run from one kingdom to another to sing.

So I remember this song not only from the point of view of farewell, but above all from the unexpectedly joyful. During your regular Spontaneous Drumming (R) workshops, it literally captures, no one knows what will happen in a minute, and I enjoy it. We met a lot of acquaintances and new friends there at the time, random passers-by. We sat on the grass in a circle, each holding his own tool, and it seemed to me as if waiting for the command, "Now!"

Now we get it all out of ourselves, and we let all our pasts that weigh on us die and be born again! Such silence before the storm. And then all you had to do was slam into the drum and get carried away. What I enjoyed the most was how after a few minutes we all united together, even those who do not have rhythmic experience, for example. The unity in our circle was evident and knowing that whatever whoever sang played, the others would hold it so that he could return to the ground and feel safe in his speech, whatever it was. And that's what it's all about. It was very strong! For me TOP Vyšehrad (ská)

Q: How much did you release your CDs?

LP: This Life? hahaha. Since 2011 I have released four albums. CD The Tree of Life, The Cosmic Ocean, The Secret of Space Touch and Mother of Shamans. The Tree of Life and the Mother of Shamans, my son Dominik Svoboda - a musical magician and composer - helped me with that.

In other projects, it was also a musical collaboration, when I set the poetry collection to the contemporary, prominent writer and poet Kamila Marcela Hodáček, and last year I helped to fulfill my dream in the form of double album, excellent physiotherapist, Kateřina MK, who dared to make her poetic concept visible . I almost forgot about one of the albums, the Letter of the Day, which was actually the very first one that I did at home on my knee fifteen years ago and was heard by five people. I am laughing… :)

Q: What has changed since then? How did you two get together?

LP: Almost everything has changed. I don't know how to put this briefly. Just one summer day, Petr wrote me a Facebook message. "Hello, I got in touch with you, I would like to learn to sing!" He was looking for a singer for his musical deeds and he couldn't find anyone at the time, so he said he could sing everything himself and because he thought he couldn't sing, he addressed me. I had some musical shots sent to him.

When his first show in mp3 arrived, it settled me down. And after a few tones, I said out loud, "What is this?" So it made me sound, maybe I would have wandered away and immediately dared to sing something in this pod and send it back. After a few minutes the answer came very similar to the one running in my head. Beautiful, resonance!

In the early days we treaded very carefully in our conversation. We could not meet because Peter lived abroad for a long time and so all correspondence was rather tapping. But it didn't take long for us to make a joint album, even at a distance, but we both knew it would be different. With every tone, sound, melody we exchanged in great intensity, there was a call for each other in spite of the fact that we were both in partner ties. Be together and create! Well, so is it. We live, create together and all in love and joy that we have found!

All this happened since August 2018. We live fully every day, we live by the present and enjoy everything that fills us.

Q: You played three new songs at the meeting in Šamanka. You seem to be preparing a CD. What music genre will it contain? What can our fans look forward to? And most importantly, when will the baptism be? Where will the CD be available?

LP: Now we're finishing the album with Peter I know that a long time ago and we present our link under the name  Déjà vu LP. We do not place ourselves in a genre anywhere, we just feel emotional. It is true that this album is ballad-dreaming with occasional elements of jazz touches, but it is not possible to conceive it genre according to the tables. Rather, I dare say that the other songs we have created outside this album are focused on meditation, trance positions.

Fans can look forward to finding a piece of their story. The emotions and feelings we have put in this album are about our losses, wins, desires, and sometimes nostalgic thoughts, dreams and awareness, play, love and memory.

Baptism will be 18.05.2019 in Balbinova poetic pub in Prague 2.

The CD will be available in both digital and physical form. If we can choose enough funds to create a physical album on the Starter project, it will reach the audience at the launch in Balbínce.
