Discipline and care

They are discipline and care good for life? Many people in our modern world are not entirely sure. We feel as if we have to behave according to certain laws - they were bound by it, at a time when we finally have a little more of that free will. It may seem to us that this is trying to guide us and steal our freedom.

Care and will

But there is an opportunity to look at diligence and diligence from a completely different angle. Without everyday discipline, we would not have such great artists who bring us joy and pleasure with their work. In the same way, we can calm our thoughts and train our minds, because diligence is a form of devotion to what we love. So if we combine this diligence and devotion, and find inspiration for the work, we can enjoy our work.

However, given the conditions of general being, it has never been easy for us to pursue our own initiative and independence. Prophets and important people were forced to expand this discipline through intuition. Whoever was so shielded felt more secure. The lessons learned were more accessible to him.

However, today we can feel uncomfortable, limited by written rules. We find and realize that the rules we can and do not do what we can and can not eat are no longer suitable for everyone. So it is good to realize why these teachings have arisen and adapt them according to their own path.

Discipline

Discipline is attitude - it is not a gift of nature and therefore something we would be born with. So each of us can do something about it. Being diligent and dedicated - whether it is for our work, building our business, our interests or being a good parent and friend - will help us succeed. Let's ask anyone who is a role model for us - successful businessmen, famous artists, actors or spiritual leaders - they will all respond similarly to them in terms of their attitude to discipline and devotion.

The hardest part is feeling the control of our mind. When we fail, we lose faith and feel at the bottom at that moment. But there is no need to be hard on yourself, to have control over your mind is one of the most difficult things and discipline is the cure for its development. And if we give up something, let's not immediately lose the feeling of hopelessness. Let us be aware of our own reserves and realize that whatever happens is normal. For example, let's take a break and go back to that activity.

If we say that we want to do something and then we do not do it or postpone it, uncertainty and negativity will only grow. Just as flowers need watering to grow and be healthy and vital, so our promises need sufficient activity. Such an activity so that the possibilities that the given activity brings bring can be developed. We need to take care of our inspiration and meaningfulness with willingness and joy, rather than under duress. When we start to force ourselves into something, we need to look back on our inspiration and the reason why we do what we do and re-evaluate the set direction. If we do our job because of a duty, it will become more of a burden that pulls us down.

Let's try to open our heart and mind and believe in the life stream that leads us.
