Preface to the series

On the day before Christmas in the evening, after several therapies of craniosacral biodynamics, I worked with Sueneé in my small cozy study as the last client of the day. In the kind intoxication of the scents of massage oil, dim light and green color of the study, I realized thanks to an interview with him that I could New Year enter not only with a vision Love and Truth in your heart, but also in you, dear readers of these pages to reveal 24 principles of happiness, which Edgar's band incorporated into her life. Welcome to A path that does not have a goalbecause it becomes a goal in itself. At the beginning, during and at the end, there is no one but you… And because I have the opportunity to meet a lot of amazing people, I will not describe the stories that Edgar writes about in his book, but I will use my own. When the situation allows, I will add the stories of my clients from my practice.

I will personally take the second step in a week, when I will introduce you to another of the 24 principles of happiness from interpretations Edgar Cayce. And during the journey, an image begins to form The Origin of the Father of the Universe, the Earth's Mothers, and the people on it. Beautiful Christmas time for all of you.

Edgar Cayce's name is known to spiritual scholars around the world, and his story is unique in its simplicity. His strongest motive was to take care of people and try to help. From this impulse stemmed his wonderful ability - a talent that predestined him to become more famous after his death than he had been in his lifetime.

At the age of 21, this gentle, discreet man discovered his ability to self-hypnosis, making him nicknamed without exaggeration sleeping prophet. He was able to put his body into a changed state of consciousness and then answer the questions of people who were in distress or had health problems with great precision and precision. His advice was extremely effective, and people who were already deprived of any hope were given the opportunity to understand the context of their stories and illnesses. The interpretations, of which around 14000 were made over the course of forty years, were stenographically recorded and marked. Although not a medic, Edgar provided answers with accurate medical diagnoses, treatments, and medications. He is believed to have connected to information from previous lives when he was a doctor. The central themes of his interpretations were the combination of food that the client ate and a proper understanding of the situation in which he found himself.

Over the years, several of his loved ones began to question Edgar about spiritual concepts that were often worked on in interpretations. He was raised a Christian and, surprised himself, eventually succumbed to interpretations on the origin of life, the meaning of being on Earth, God, and his creation on Earth. As he gradually begins to live them, Edgar makes interpretations dating back to the deep beginnings of life here on Earth. The group was really formed and we now have a unique opportunity to know the principles that bring a feeling of happiness. Today we will meet the first of them:

Principle No1: "Mind is builder. What do you mean, you become "

  • With the immense power of your mind, you are able to shape your future, your situation in the world, what you are.
  • Spirit is life, mind is builder, and body is the result.
  • Ideas are as real as a pin stuck in your finger.
  • Our thoughts form and come to us all the time.
  • What we think, we become.
  • You are a spiritual being, and what you do with your mind will determine your destiny.

Thoughts form in the mind, it comes from the head, intuition goes from the heart and shows us the way… Clients often ask me - how do I know the difference between intuition and thought? So what should I believe?

We do not know the difference, only a few are so aware that they see all the connections and are sure of the correctness of their decision. But we can begin to observe our captured patterns of thought and see when they are in harmony with love and compassion and when they border on condemnation, rejection, or aggression. Our body hears well "I hate that, I'm so stupid, I can't afford this"

We can try to replace these ideas with others: "I'm making progress, who will not try anything, get nothing, do the best I can".

Edgar encourages us to return to our wishes from childhood, when our ideas did not yet have any real limitations. We didn't know the words didn't go, I couldn't, I couldn't. Who did we want to be at that time, what did we want to experience? Where did we want to live and with whom?

In the third and fourth grades we had an amazing teacher, - Mr. Musil. Although there was a tough authoritarian order in schools at the time, he became our Great Friend, promoting healthy competition and self-love in us. To this day, I remember how difficult it was to say goodbye to him when he was going to go to another school for his attitudes. He handed out blank papers to us at the time and told us to write down what we would like to do for work in twenty years. I wrote that I want to be a nurse because I want to help people so that their bodies do not hurt. At that time, I was going to electrotherapy with my spine, and I was pleased with how the physiotherapists touched me and the calm voice they spoke to me. They were nurses to me. I wanted to be like them. I was nine at the time. Twenty-five years later, I became aware of craniosacral biodynamics and found that this was the world I had discovered in myself the other day. You will surely come across a similar memory. I wish you happy returns.

And now, the most important, exercises for each principle that the group should perform for a certain period of time:

Exercise

One way to get to know what we are building through our thoughts is a method introspection, which Cayce's interpretations call standing outside and observing oneself:

  • The center of your attention will become your inner world of thoughts and feelings instead of the events of the outside world.
  • This process is not easy, but try to practice it several times a day, even if it should be for a few minutes.
  • Be aware of your call to yourself, the dialogue between two parts of your mind.
  • What is the quality of this internal call? Aggressive? Optimistic? Or condemning oneself?
  • You realize what kind of future you create with these thoughts and feelings.
