But it would probably be more true: "I can't find the time."

I have reserved it today, and precisely because time is accelerating and we have to do something to keep pace, today's episode is not only about names, but also about the changes and help that can be used in this world. We long for peace, happiness and safety, security and health. We do not always feel everything, rarely everything at once. At the end of the article, I will write you who I turn to when I desire change.

Principle No.21: "In the name is the power"

Edgar Cayce often emphasized the importance of the name in his interpretations. He even advised some people to change their name or use only one of their two first names. In some cases, however, he did not recommend changing the name, or felt in advance that it would be unnecessary in resolving the situation.

However, a name change can mean a new life. In 1941, Cayce interpreted the family of an XNUMX-month-old infant. The explanation revealed that the boy was a famous Hungarian composer and pianist Franz Liszt in his past life. So he advised the family to name the boy Franz and give him a good musical education. However, reincarnation theory can cause some confusion. If we have lived many lives, which name should we use? Are some of them more important than others? The best answer is to explain that even your soul has its own name that distinguishes it from others.

The signature of the soul in the Bible and on the walls of the pyramids

Every soul is original and during its long journey to spiritual enlightenment "writes" its name with its decisions, actions and thoughts. In the Bible, an angel of God will make this promise: "To him who conquers ám. I will give him a white stone and a new name will be written on it, which no one but the one who receives it will know." This passage concerns the spiritual name. Your signature will become a record of your return to God. The white stone symbolizes victory, a different name is the uniqueness of the soul of each of us.

Jesus touches on the same subject in the parable of the good shepherd: “The sheep know their shepherd, who calls them by their names. In other words, we are not anonymous bubbles in the cosmic sea, the Creative Force knows each of us by name. This is a very pleasing idea. Already in the walls Egyptian pyramids hieroglyphs are carved, an ancient form of writing that documents the spiritual thinking of people living around 2500 BC. We learn from them about the belief in the immortality of the people of that time. They believed that the human being consisted of several parts: Khat, ka, ba a sekham. One of the parts that survived the body was death ren, or name. That is why in the tomb of Pharaoh Pepi we read: “Happy is Pepi, with that ren (or name), that was his ka (or spiritual name). Part of Pharaoh's immortality, then, was his name, which lived at the same time as the spiritual body further in heaven.

Egyptian mythology

Ancient Egyptian mythology offers an interesting parallel to later Christian and Buddhist thought. E.g. in the legend of Osiris, the Egyptian symbol of the resurrection. Osiris was a god who was killed and then torn to pieces by his adversary. Later, his body was joined and brought to heaven in a new form. For the Egyptians, Osiris was the lord and judge of the afterlife. Every pharaoh, and probably every Egyptian, hoped to one day live with Osiris in the land of bliss. To make this happen, the Egyptian rulers added Osiris to their name, such as Osiris Pepi.

In the Mahayana School of Buddhism (approximately 2nd century AD), the faithful of the Buddha tries to connect with him in paradise. To achieve this, they must follow five rules, one of which is the repetition of the Buddha's name. This name, which is full of special energy, enabled them to acquire the highest virtue. Anyone who has read the New Testament carefully has noticed the phrase, "Whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."

New name

The decision to change a first or last name can come from many motives, one of which is marriage, where usually a woman takes over her partner's family name, we can decide to change to a completely different name, or we get a name in connection with a deep spiritual or mystical experience. This name either comes during the experience or is assigned to us by our guru or teacher. Likewise, Abraham and his wife Sarah were given new names when they accepted God's promise concerning their descendants. Jacob won the name Israel in the struggle with the angel. Saul was blinded on his way to Damascus and changed his name to Paul.

A new name from the point of view of numerology

It is not easy to determine the correct numerological value of the name and there are several types of calculations. Each letter carries a different energy, your age is also important. Some names are appropriate for the beginning of life, others rather to the end.
