Edgar Cayce: A Spiritual Path (22.): Do not be afraid of feelings of fear

23. 07. 2018
6th international conference of exopolitics, history and spirituality

Another part of the series: Edgar Casey - The Spiritual Journey he sees the light of the world. This time about fear as a cause almost all health problems. The Bible contains many stories where the danger of fear is portrayed.

I remember one, not literally, but I will write it down to compare the power that fear brings: After a plague epidemic, a man kneels on the ground and shouts to heaven: So what about the other hundred thousand? ”God replied,“ I only killed one man for the plague, the others died of fear. ”

13. room

Let's open our 13th room, which we all guard carefully, and do a lot for no one to see. Our real fears are mostly hidden in the unconscious and we are talking about those we really feel. Worries about health, about your loved ones, about work, about children's behavior, about security, about not meeting true love, etc. Sometimes you sit close to two people who met in a restaurant, which they talk about. Almost always about their worries, about what they need to solve, what bothers them.

Fear is the energy of the past or of the future. In the present moment, we can have the strength and awareness of success, we simply do what we do. Only thoughts of the past or the future can devour us. There is a beautiful quote: "My life is full of tragedies. Most of them, thank God, will never happen. "

So let's get to it, I'm opening the mythical thirteenth room and inviting you on a trip to the underworld. Under the article you will find, as always, a sharing form, write me your experience of overcoming fear, write me your stories. One of you will receive craniosacral biodynamic therapy in Radotín free of charge at the end of the week.

Principle No. 22: "Do not succumb to feelings of fear"

Bobby McFerrin repeats his song again and again: "Do not worry, be happy." (Do not be afraid, be happy). It's a good idea to deal with the reality of this world. Because as soon as we wake up in the morning, we do not know which of our worries is actually the most important thing:

  • Will I pay all my bills?
  • Will I finish it all today?
  • Am I worried about my health?
  • I'm afraid of what I'm doing?
  • How is it going to happen?
  • How can I solve it?

There still seems to be something to worry about, but has fear ever contributed to bills being paid earlier? So that the project can end sooner? To improve our health?

Of course not. Toltec's teaching says the only fear that is under all the fears we feel every day is the fear of death. And that's why they have one eagle on each shoulder. When they are afraid of something, they look at the eagle of death on their right shoulder, and when they call to them, they indulge in the process of dying. But when the eagle of death has not yet come to pick them up, they are fully committed to the eagle of life on the left shoulder. In this way, they give attention to their fear and also dissolve it immediately.

Basic injuries

We are afraid not only because of what we have ever experienced, but we also bring to the world one of our "basic injuries" as material for development. Lise Bureau in your book Heal your inner injuries described five types of basic injuries:

  • Refusal - He is escaping
  • Abandonment - manifested by addictions
  • Betrayal - manifested in the desire for power
  • Injustice - manifested by rigidity
  • Humiliation - manifests itself with masochism

It's as if we're bringing one of them here to Earth, and it's been happening to us from the first moment. We know it quite easily from children. What of the group of ten children in the group of nine does not even notice, one child perceives as an immense injury, resists, cries, at best requires an explanation of why this happened. For example, a kindergarten class is supposed to go to the big playground they love, but one child gets sick and the class stays exceptionally in the garden. All the children accept it and play, only one boy in the corner cries because they betrayed him. They promised him something and did not keep it.

Body agreement with Egem

When such a thing happens several times, the Ego makes a special agreement with the body:

"I'll do my best to make you never feel this again. I will make the situation so afraid that whenever it comes close, your body will freeze with fear and you will never have to experience this again. "

Healing is an opportunity to experience the situation differently. Whether in reality or in imagination, it is important to feel what we really want to experience. Such an option is offered by the cranio or SE method. We will talk about both in one of the other articles.

Edgar Cayce offered these options to overcome fear:

1) Observe your misery

Until we realize that suffering affects our thinking, we will not be able to do anything with it. It is necessary to recognize the moment when we are subject to suffering and to say to ourselves, "I know this feeling, I do not need it." When this succeeds, we are ready to take steps to deal with it.

2) Fill your mind with new ideas

Just as we fill our bodies with the food we choose, so do we fill our minds with positive thoughts. Cayce himself was very worried. In September 1925, he moved with his family to the remote village of Victoria Beach. They were foreigners to the locals. Cayce was so afflicted that his health began to deteriorate rapidly. He gave himself an explanation, and his wife Gertrude wrote down. The answer was very brief: Fill your mind with something other than suffering.

Cayce's interpretations advised other people to read passages from the Bible, especially Jesus' words: “And who can suffer one more hour in their lives? And clothes, why do you care? See how wildflowers bloom without working. I tell you, Solomon was not as one of them in all his glory. "

3) Replace your concerns with interest and worries about others

Do what you can, but leave the results to the Creator. The results of your efforts may not be immediately apparent, but believe me, no good deed is in vain. Maybe, without realizing it, we are closing karmic cycles with various people that we would not otherwise enter into, paying off debts, finishing stories.

4) Live in the present

Do your duty as best you can, right now. We do not live in each individual moment for more than a second. Let us therefore fill it with love, faith and happiness. Because the Buddha also said, "There is no way to happiness, happiness is that way."

5) Do not worry when you can pray

Edgar Cayce was a deeply believing man. He prayed prayer as the most effective anti-fear agent. He called it an honorable communication with God. In prayer we can confess, ask, thank, express love. And that's why Hoo'ponopono is amazing for me and a lot of Western people. We will experience the zero state that this prayer brings almost immediately, and the small miracles that begin to happen in our lives will dissolve even the last clouds of fear. I recommend trying.

6) Do something

The worst aspect of anxiety is that it paralyzes us. When we worry about our future, we probably do not do anything else. Any physical activity, cleaning, exercise, jogging, walk, all this will help us to perceive more presence and help us find new solutions to our problems, going through a layer of suffering.

Suffering is a kind of fear, and fear is based on doubt. In St. Matthew 22 Jesus called his disciples to walk with him on the water. Only Peter obeyed him and took several miraculous steps. But when he saw the vortex, he succumbed to fear and began to drown, "Lord, save me!" He cried. Jesus immediately shook his hand and said, "Why do you have doubts?"

We all sometimes feel like we are falling into dangerous depths, but if we learn to trust his helping hands, there is no cause for concern. Everything is as it should be.

Exercises:

Practice the Hoo'ponopono method within a week. At the end of seven days, share with your acquaintance or with me about the results. You will be surprised.

  • I love you - this sentence will only bring our perception into the heart. Head ceases to be the center of our events and feelings.
  • I appologize to you - I apologize to my divinity within that I cannot be in a more lasting connection with him, I apologize to the forces I hold and they produce stories that my surroundings must play for me to understand.
  • Forgive me please - my ignorance, laziness and pride, with which I want to change the world around me. I accept responsibility for everything I see, hear, and feel. I made all of this to recognize the truth.
  • Thank you - I thank my body for the opportunity to be here on Earth and mature, I thank everyone involved in my story, I thank God for being his manifestation. Amen.

My dear, I say goodbye to you and Edgar today. For the first time, you got real tips to help those who need it. I am here for my loved ones and for you. Ask questions, share, send your stories. At the end of the week, I will draw one of you who will receive biodynamics treatment in Radotín free of charge.
