Edgar Cayce: The Spiritual Way (23.): Health depends on alignment of opposites

6th international conference of exopolitics, history and spirituality

Welcome to u 23. Edgaru Cayc's serial piece. Congratulations to Mrs. Zuzana, who received one treatment with craniosacral biodynamics in Radotín. I can only support others, write, share, oppose me. You can find the answer form under the article!

Number 23 is rare for me. Both my parents were born on the 23rd, albeit every other month. And even in our case, we will talk about opposites, the same as female and male polarity. Where there is balance, nothing is missing or left over, fluids can flow freely, what comes, can leave, nothing is out of place, nothing "annoys" our inner environment. Let's go to our balance together.

Principle n. 23: "Health depends on counter-offsetting"

The guitar makes sounds because the tension of each string is offset by the resistance of the skeleton. The baby spinning top is a perfect example of balance created by harmonious movement. Arrows, missiles and aircraft must be aerodynamically in balance in order to be able to fly. These examples show how important balance is in different areas of our lives. Balance manifests itself in every aspect of creation. For example, an atom is the result of a delicate balance of opposing expansive, expanding, and centripetal forces.

It seems that life itself is the result of a series of balanced polarities. Both Edgar Cayce's and traditional medicine claims that maintaining a healthy organism is conditional on balancing different factors.

Central and autonomic nervous system

The balance of two nervous systems plays an important role if we want to talk about human health and harmony. The central system is responsible for controlled muscular movements, when we write on the keyboard or play golf. The autonomous system controls the automatic functions of our body, such as digestion, breathing,

There should also be two branches of the autonomic nervous system in balance: the sympathetic and parasympathetic. The first triggers bodily reactions, which we call arousal, is associated with activity. The parasympathetic, on the other hand, prepares our body for rest, relaxation and regeneration.

If we let "shut down" for at least a few minutes during the day, the parasympathetic starts, the body learns to rest. Naturally after about two hours there will be a need for rest. Try to follow her instead of a cup of coffee.

Acido-alkaline equilibrium

It is scientifically proven that cancer cells thrive in an acidic environment. On the contrary, in an alkaline environment, our immune system works better, our metabolism speeds up, and we do not create a breeding ground for bacteria and viruses to multiply. The ratio of eaten foods creating an acidic and alkaline environment. This is not the case here. Equally important is the balance between ingestion and excretion, as well as between breathing and exhalation. At the end of the meditation, we are called to release the power that meditation will create in the form of healing prayer for others. If we did not do this, then the energy generated and received could harm us.

Illness also arises as compensation, inducing harmony where balance has vibrated. There are many beautiful proverbs that speak of the violation of harmonic forces in our body: "A hundred times nothing has killed an ox." "He can't digest it." "It broke his heart." "He carries his cross."

Law of Three Forces

Virtually the entire universe can be considered as the interaction of three factors: the initial force, the counterforce, and the force that seeks to unite the two forces. Whenever we make a decision to change in terms of personal growth, we quickly encounter a force that responds to our initiative. This can take the form of external events or internal impulses, thoughts and feelings. But by combining these two forces, something new can emerge, a real possibility of growth - a third force that unites two opposing forces.

Cayce explained to a woman who decided to drastically change her diet and stop eating sweets. But in her dream, she sat at tables full of cakes and pies, and she ate everything with extraordinary disorder. The interpretation advised her to use a compromise, so she did not stop giving her body the sugar doses she was used to, but in much smaller doses.

Cosmic equilibrium

When our body is in balance, we are filled with joy and vitality. When our mental side is in balance, we are able to think clearly and logically. When our mental and physical bodies are in balance, we are ready to fulfill our life goal.

"The way of enlightenment is the middle way."

Exercises:

Watch your life one day. In which areas have you noticed the tension? Maybe you have little courage to change, maybe you are fighting a resistance force. If you want to participate in a draw for craniosacral biodynamic therapy in Radotín, write me your experience in the attached form.

Edgar Cayace recommends these exercises:

  • Focus on one of the imbalances that you have noticed and want to change.
  • Then, in the next few days, try to find ways to correct the balance.
  • Remember that balance does not always mean a ratio of fifty to fifty. Seek the ideal balance ratio.

Only a fool thinks he will experience a change when he does things the same way. Dare to start doing things differently!
