Just by the act of writing you clarify so many things in your headthat now you have no idea… and maybe you will find a love for writing, just like me :). So boldly, at the end of today's article, exercises with a form are ready for you again.

Principle No.3: God lives - he is active and receptive
I have to admit that I am the title of the chapter God is active and receptive it does not sound good to my ears. And I was a little surprised. Philosophy Edgar Cayce it is not based on a dual perception of God. In the end, I found in the lines what I was looking for. I'm full. So I will write and you can read.

"God is dead!"
"God is dead!", declared Friedrich Nietzsche at the end of the 19th century. His claim then led to the creation of a new movement led by writers, artists and philosophers who called themselves existentialists. In their view, there is no force that can help us, apart from our individual efforts. If any God existed, he is long dead.

Somewhere inside, we feel it's different. Just look around and we see that God lives, rocks exist, stars exist, being in us exists. When we watch the setting sun, the sky is colored red, our body is filled with strange sacred atmospherewhich calms us, softens us, connects us with our essence. That's for Edgar Cayce God. But many people believe in God in a different way than in a distant parent who has expectations. Someone perceives it as unchangeable all-powerful power. Let us think of the qualities as creative, vital, dynamic, active, receptive and compassionate. Are not these words that we can describe ourselves when we feel full of life? Would he not answer the same description to the living God?

God is active and receptive in our lives
We can establish a very personal relationship with forces that are receptive to our lives. Whether we are aware of it or not, many events and situations can be understood as interventions in our lives. The creative forces undoubtedly want us to maintain an intimate relationship with them. How can we begin to build such a dynamic alliance with God? The first step is to consider that it is possible.

How can we prove that God is?
Where is the evidence?

  1. They are experiences that come as gifts. Sometimes we may notice signs of outside interference without expecting them. These situations usually happen in the middle of huge problems. I will give one example that is concise: Shortly after the divorce, I had really little money and I could barely pay the rent. At that time, I was selling shoes. One day when I had to pay the rent, I was missing five hundred crowns. Sometimes an elderly lady came to see me for a chat. In it, she came to the store, put the shopping bags as usual, looked me in the eye, and said, "You have no money. I have an extra five hundred with me. If you don't need it, you'll give it back to me. ”She placed the bill on the shelf, picked up her bags, smiled, and left. Even more beautiful was that she came for her on the day she really stayed with me. The second experience is more smiling: One day I was walking around Palacky Square in Prague and I tore my fingernail, which I completely hate. I knew I didn't have my backpack with a nail file, just a small purse, so I just sighed, "If there was a file here somewhere now"… I took three steps and a file lay in front of me on the tiles. for nails. I smiled and thanked him.
  2. Our second source of evidence can be provided by our faith, in other words, "to give God a chance." Nor can we prove the effectiveness of a drug until we try it. In the same way, God can manifest in our lives only if we give him a chance to stand by us, share with us our joys, worries, provide us with support. If we allow it, we will feel it.

A song about a water bottle and a message from Desert Peta
What does faith mean in our lives? It's like a song from the Kingston trio. It's a song about a dusty well, a bottle of water and a letter from the mysterious "Desert Pete". In this song, a man loses his way in the desert and a thirsty man stumbles upon an old pump. He tries to pump, but no result. The crushed man sits under a tree and there, to his surprise, finds a bottle of water with a leaf from Desert Pete: This water is intended for putting the pump into operation. It is necessary to pour the contents of the bottle into the well and then you will have as much water as you want. This man is embarrassed, he would rather drink a bottle and quench his thirst však but in the end he will decide to execute the deed of faith. Of course she can find water, drink her as much as she can, and leave the bottle full for another traveler.

Likewise, we are often thirsty. We can doubt the existence of an unlimited source of relief, but we will find it only when give God a chance.

Eastern philosophy and God
It is here that we meet God as the unity of all creation. The Creator is the living God who is behind every manifestation of the material world. The name for this ubiquitous essence is TAO, meaning "right flow" of life. So God is a force that strives for harmony and balance

Our life. If we, as individuals of free will, create an imbalance in our lives, the harmonizing power of God will be to strike a balance, not because some "chief coordinator" is angry with the clouds and shouting "ashamed!", But because the life that is God strives for balance, beauty and harmony.

But God is not limited to being just a counterweight to our unwanted deeds. Creative power has a plan for every part of its creation, including us. Thanks to this plan, life brings us the experience we need right now to be able to reach our full potential. "When the student is ready, the teacher appears." A teacher can be a person, a book, a movie, or a life situation. There are countless opportunities to correct the imbalances we have caused by our actions. Just perceive and accept thanks.

Exercise

As always, today I offer the opportunity to use Edgar's exercises. This exercise focuses on expanding your perception to be aware of the feelings that most of you are leaking.

  • Try to perceive your inner and outer world with more attention.
  • Be aware of "accidental" encounters with people who will help you.
  • Be attentive to your dreams. During them you can be led to a certain path.
  • Try to bring your "intuitive ideas" into practical life.
  • What do they encourage you to do? To be more creative or compassionate in your life? Everyone will surely discover on their way the possibilities of meeting the feeling of inner connection with God, whether through the heart or a fulfilling experience.
