"Primitive minds do not invent myths, they experience them." - Carl Jung

For 30 years, I repeatedly returned to the prophecies of the famous "Sleeping Prophet" Edgar Cayce, which served as a map to find answers to the complex question of civilization and the creation of homo sapiens. Cayce (March 18.3.1877, 3.1.1945 - January 14, 000) was an American Christian mystic born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, who in trance answered questions such as healing, reincarnation, wars, Atlantis and future events. Although only eighth grade through education, Cayce was able to transmit an impressive amount of information (more than 25 readings and some XNUMX million words) during his sessions that provided the basis for an incredibly detailed and interconnected work. A non-profit organization Association for Research and Enlightenment was established to study Cayce's work.

Intellectual giants on the theme of humanity's origin

I compared Cayce's materials, literature by Rudolf Steiner, Rosicrucians, Freemasons, Theosofists, Plato and various indigenous traditions, myths and legends from all over the world. What came to the surface was unexpected and somewhat bizarre. Essentially, all sources claim that homo sapiens was created long ago in a supernatural way on the lost island of Atlantis, which once was in the Atlantic Ocean. This continent was inhabited together by giants and small people. The long-standing androgynous divine creators, sometimes described as six-fingered, allegedly created humanity. Atlantis was apparently destroyed by the flood of the world about 12 years ago, and survivors are said to have brought knowledge and civilization to Egypt, America, and other places around the world after this disaster. Cayce in his prophecy 000-364 reveals the following:

'' Please give a few details about the physiognomy, customs, traditions and clothing of the Atlantic people during the period just before the first destruction. ' The dimensions and figure were diverse, from what we would call dwarfs to giants today - because the Earth's TEHDES were giants, people tall (as we would say today) ten to twelve feet (3-3,5 m) and well built. ‟

Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925), founder of the Steiner School education system

Concerning the Atlantean people, Rudolf Steiner said: “Everything about 'giants' from legends is entirely based on knowing the truth… We feel that it is quite right from a spiritual science point of view that giants are stupid and dwarves are very smart.' oral traditions and religious books such as the Bible also claim that ancient giants existed.

The Divine Creators

Strange as it may seem, my researching mind has always brought me back to the mysteries of the androgynous divine creators - primordial beings who were considered architects of humanity and who in the ancient times took on the forms of sexless, androgynous creatures. Let us now turn to researchers about Edgar Cayce, WH Church, asking for help in understanding what he means. “At a time we can call primitive or pre-Atlantic, before the rise of their first powerful rulers in the time of Poseidon and Atlas, or the enlightened government of Amilia, which was to become the absolute pinnacle of Atlantic civilization, the continent was pleadingly colonized. Already then, it was to become what Cayce called the 'World Paradise' and the home of an absolutely unusual race of androgynous mental beings… In Hindu mythology, the seed of today's human race emerged from the Sons of God who developed into demigods, androgynous , voluntarily trapped in bodies that physiologically changed to look human. In this form, they began to marry women who were fully human in their appearance and beautiful to look at. ‟

Androgynous creatures Chnum and Thovt create a man on the potter's wheel.

This description is reminiscent of the biblical story of the Nephils who married human women. In fact, the Bible clearly speaks of giants with six fingers and toes, androgynous divine creators, and a great flood. Church continues:

“There was no gender division from the beginning of Amili's reign. Although they looked masculine in appearance, the androgynous Sons of God embodied both man and woman. Using creative powers, they could become channels through which they created their androgynous offspring who, like them, were endowed with a double soul and an asexual body. For this reason, sexual intercourse as a way of multiplication was unnecessary.

Although sexless life does not seem so fun, it points to the supernatural origin of humanity and the idea shared by many ancient cultures around the world. The motif of “miraculous birth” or human beings created on a pottery wheel made of clay repeatedly appear across world religions and mythologies. Examples can be found in the book of Genesis, the Qur'an, Egyptian, Greek Sumerian, Inca, Chinese and American mythology.

The six-toed androgynous god Khnum, the temple of Esna in Egypt. By: Jim Vieira

Many of these creators are described as androgynous, much like the Egyptian god Khnum. Chnum is depicted in the Esna relief as it creates human beings on the potter's wheel, along with Thov, who writes the number of years that people will live. Interestingly, the temple of Esna was dedicated to the nameless androgynous god of creation, and the androgynous Chnum is depicted with six fingers.

Androgynous two-headed statue of Ain Ghazal.

Many experts have dealt with this strange case. In the 57th issue of the 2007 Israel Exploration Journal, Irit Ziffer explores the idea of androgynous gods-creators in his bold article entitled "The first Adam, Androgyny and the Ain Ghazal two-headed busts." Ain Ghazal). Ain Ghazal is an ancient site in Jordan dating back to around 8250 BC where some of the oldest statues in the world were unveiled several decades ago. Ziffer puts forward strong arguments for his claim that these two-headed statues represent androgynous divine creators. Another interesting fact is that some of these statues have six fingers and toes, a sign associated with the biblical giant Gath. Ziffer explains: “Schmandt-Besserat suggested that the statues of Ain Ghazal could represent deities. She considered the polydactilism (a rare genetic defect) of these statues to be an attribute of divinity, and based on cuneiform literature identified two-headed busts as the gods Marduk (according to the Epic of Creation 'four was his eyes, four was his ears' 1; Dalley 1991: 236) and Ishtar (' Ishtar of Nineveh is Tiamat (has [4 eyes] and 4 ears'; Livingstone 1986: 223; Schmandt-Besserat 1998a: 10-15).

Four eyes and ears can be an expression for a double face. Barnett WHO (1986: 116; 1986-87; 1990) explained the polydactilism of the statues of Ain Ghazal as a sign of supernatural beings such as the biblical Refaim, a giant race. 'There was an extraordinarily large man who had 6 toes on his hands and feet, a total of 24. He was a descendant of the Refai. Israel was offended, and Jonathan the son of David's brother Shimey killed him. ' 2 (2 Sam. 21: 20–21).

Thus, according to Ziffer, a two-headed person defined a prototype of an androgynous man with both sexes. The fact that the oldest statues found so far represent a cult of worshiping androgynous deities with six fingers and toes is quite astounding. It should be noted that the statues of Ain Ghazal are over 8000 years older than the Bible.

In the second part we explore other examples of androgynous and six-fingered giants and gods.
