If you look at the picture for the article, the textbook reaction will be that the ancient Egyptians either could not work with perspective, or that the Egyptian rulers suffered from the great ego and are therefore depicted as great.

The picture is Pharaoh Achnaton. He seems to be riding a barge along with two subjects. Note the scale of the characters. Archnaton is almost a half higher. That it is proportionally the same perspective can be derived from the same basic line. Everyone stands on the same boat.

It is said that in ancient Egypt the gods (aliens) ruled. Achnaton is almost twice as big as ordinary people. He has an elongated skull like the Indians' elite Protracted skull.
