From time immemorial, man has tried to control the forces of nature and influence the weather where he lived. Natural peoples and indigenous tribes used the talent of shamans, who communicated with the elements of fire, air, water and earth and tried to summon rain or, conversely, ensure sunny weather so that his tribe had an abundant harvest.

Modern weather control techniques

Since the 20th century, weather control (disgustingly referred to as geoengineering) use different technological procedures instead of shamans. It is a phenomenon that is not much talked about in public and little is known to be a common part of today.

The beginnings of the modern phenomenon date back to the period of World War II, when certain interest groups under the auspices of the American predecessor, the CIA, tried to influence the weather for the purpose of tactical combat with the enemy.

The first attempts in the 40s and 50s

On November 3.11.1946, 12, pilot Curtis Talbot, who worked for the General Electric Research Laboratory, climbed to a height of 50 km about XNUMX km east of Schenectady in New York. Talbot together with scientist Dr. Vincent J. Schaefer released three pounds of dry ice (frozen carbon dioxide) into the clouds. As they turned south, Dr. remarked. Schaefer: "I looked back and was thrilled to see long streaks of snow falling from the base of the cloud we had just passed. I shouted for Curt to turn around, and when we did, we went through a pile of glittering snow crystals! Needless to say, we were quite excited. " They created the world's first man-made snowstorm.

In August 1953, the United States formed the President's Advisory Committee on Weather Control. Its stated purpose was to determine the effectiveness of procedures for changing the weather and the extent to which the government should engage in these activities.

December 11.12.1950, XNUMX in Charleston Daily Mail: "Rain formation or weather control they can be as powerful a weapon of war as an atomic bomb. ", said the physicist and Nobel Prize winner, Dr. Irving Langmuir.

Present

Weather control (geoengineering) was certainly not a phenomenon only in the 40s and 50s. This phenomenon has lasted for more than a century. In modern times, various techniques are used: aerosol spraying into the atmosphere (chemtrails), the strengthening of clouds over the oceans, acoustic cannons, rocket launches in the upper atmosphere, microwave heating of the atmosphereHAARP, Nexrad), smoke screens, etc.

Michael Dennin (physicist, University of California): You can also control tornadoes by changing the ambient temperature. This causes a local change in pressure and thus a change in the flow of air around his eye. If you can focus a beam of energy on a specific place in the atmosphere, then you can control the direction of movement.

Influencing the climate certainly raises ethical questions. Some ways of mitigating climate change are criticized, for example World Wide Fund for Nature. Nevertheless, this topic is not publicly discussed. At the same time, it has a fundamental influence on the functioning of our society on the entire planet!

The Academy of Sciences admits influencing the weather over Europe! What causes tornadoes? (updated)

China is investing $ 168 million in weather control

He tries to use technology to control the weather sowing clouds. For this, the sieving of crystals of dry ice or silver iodide into the upper atmosphere is used. This increases the concentration of rain and snow. China thus manages to produce 55 billion tons of artificial rain a year. In 2012, they increased their output by as much as 280 billion tons per year. The whole process employs over 35000 people in China nationwide.

So far, no one seems to be dealing with the moral and global consequences. Keep in mind that the weather on this planet is a closed system. If you cause local rain somewhere, then elsewhere as a side effect you can cause tropical heat or cause a tropical storm, or trigger a tornado. Even a small man-made change can cause total chaos of natural forces in Mother Nature's system.

That the weather is modifying in the Czech Republic and throughout Europe admits our Academy of Sciences.

People all over the world experience unusual cloud formations, strange transitions between cloud belts and clear skies.
