How do you actually have that food now? Eat Meat?

I don't eat meat right now, now I've come across the raw food. There are two restaurants in Prague, one is somewhere near MeetFactory, and the other is called Secret of Raw and is in Seifertova street in Žižkov. I discovered it by accident because I met there with a friend whose girlfriend works there. Now I go there quite often, I try to make appointments there, I was thrilled. I was shocked at how good it was! And as I started making appointments there, I ate raw food. And as I started eating the raw food, it somehow pushed the meat off my diet.

I say raw food, because he sounds strange, raw food is so brisk, faster. It's not really raw, it's adjusted to 42,5 degrees Celsius. Nothing is cooked, no flour, milk, eggs are used, everything is whipped, mixed or macerated, it is loaded into oil or germinated. They can glue it together in various ways, for example with soaked flaxseed, a different grain is connected to it, it is made into a pancake and dried in a fruit dryer. It's amazing in taste, it's a complete culinary feast.

What about home?

I have sprouts at home, I still germinate and eat sprouts, buckwheat, red lentils; the oats didn't want to germinate, only the golden one didn't show much either, but otherwise I try to germinate everything possible and everything tastes great to me. And I did "Soul K" with Pavla Dudková at the Kampa Theater. This girl wrote "Wild Cookbook". She had it as her dissertation and it's about what you can eat outside in nature. If you would like to be inspired, you can find it at a slightly special internet address http://fenix.savana.cz/doku.php. So Pavla and I did "Soul K", the raw food, so it grabbed me, hardly anything germinates, I'm already eating it… now I'm focused on this, it testifies to me, I would eat the most now. I don't eat much meat right now. But this time it's completely different. Maybe I haven't eaten meat in three years. But it was a decision, that's what I thought: I will not eat meat. I wonder what will happen. Or maybe I didn't drink any alcohol for three years. Not a beer, nothing. I researched what it was like. I did some experiments with myself and now the meat seems to have disappeared by itself, the feeling is completely different, I just don't feel like it at all.

You recently baptized the third edition of the book "Chinese Studies" ...

Yes, that's a great book from Mr. Campbell. The Chinese study is shocking in that it was written by a guy who had been studied by a doctor, grew up as a farmer, had breakfast bacon, eggs, pounds of milk, a lot of meat ... and, as a doctor, threatened vegetarianism, he considered it a shame. But then he started surveying, examining how people were eating mainly in China, investigating the effects on the organism, and suddenly this farmer's son was led by his scientific honesty to what he wrote - that the meat is actually unprofitable because it comes out of animal protein somehow less favorable than the plant. The survey lasted for decades, so it probably would not be just a matter of chance. And I just like the way from that farmer's son.

Do not you have any stupid feelings of hunger?

It is not, it is not, and it is not a decision, it is not like "I will keep fast today, I will not do anything". I just find out that I do not eat anything or have a few sprouts from that spittle. Those keys have such a tremendous energy that a couple of them have enough! And besides, it happened to me that I bit into a whole-wheat roll and it seemed like a banal matter, I had to eat that much and nothing happened ... Nothing came, while you got that raw food right away, that it comes in straight for you.

Are you also practicing some exercises?

It's just - and I started to breathe according to Frolov, I began to train his endogenous breathing. I am attributing all this to the concurrent effect of all these things - "Chinese study", raw food, endogenous breathing ... That all sorts of things assembled together ... and suddenly I do not like the meat. And much less - as Frolov says, the way you breathe the other technique, you actually need less food. So I do not really eat all day long when I ever wonder that I did not eat anything ...

Do you have any special breathing times?

I train at bedtime. I got his trainer, I bought that sipon ... Well, Frolov is so weird. It came to me one time that there were Froloves and their endogenous breathing, so I thought what it was, I ordered a booklet plus a special trainer and I said to myself, I'll try it, breathe is not bad, after all you have to breathe, you still have to, why so do not learn a technique. I read his book, I think it's called "Endogenous Breathing, Medicine of the Third Millennium". And this Russian has been involved for about thirty years. He came to that breathing by asking why the marine animals had no cancer. Not even a shark, not a dolphin, a whale, there is even a scientific attempt to "infect" shark cancer, somehow they wanted to put it in, and the shark did it for itself. That's where the Frolov writes, I do not know, I just paraphrase the book. Well, on the contrary, terrestrial animals have cancer. So he wondered where the stone was. And it occurred to him that it was in the way of breathing. He came to the theory that normal breathing is harmful to the organism.

That's all up ...

It's up to the head, but it also has logic. He says: Have you ever seen someone after the sporting performance? Does he feel like a healthy person? He does look like someone who almost dies, and then he recovers that week. He needs rehabilitation, regeneration, a masseur ... Well, Frolov says it's like getting a lot of oxygen to the cells. So the oxygen in the cells performs such a hot spark of red blood cells in the lungs. They are very excited, they go to the heart, their hearts "flinch" into the arteries and then they get into the whole body. They are aggressive and destroy the arteries. And the most damaged are the arteries at the heart. That's why they have to be "baypasses" there, so there are the most problems. He says these dead cells will soon be discharged and do not bring the energy into capillaries. And then you start to have a problem with your fingers, joints, your legs are spinning ... His thirty-year experience claims that by breathing his breath, which brings less oxygen into your body, you will build a process in the body that the body does that oxygen itself. This is what he calls a cold spark. The body is flooded with internal oxygen, it is also filled in the capillaries, the arteries do not deteriorate and the body regenerates. Of course, he has healed himself from several diseases, and he has healed hundreds of people like that in Russia. He says it will not hurt anyone, and many will help to heal.

On the Pavement, you regularly play a very popular performance of "Four Agreements" and "The Fifth Arrangement," based on the teachings of Toltec. Which one is closest to you?

I love all five agreements, but I'm most close to the fifth one, which is the most radical, the strangest, the most special, and I find it closest to me for that particular extraordinary radicality, apart from all these systems of opinion. This is a very surprising step, but I find it necessary for one to actually get rid of a certain prison of his own knowledge.

Do you drive for the Indians?

I was there, I was in Peru, Mexico, Bolivia and it happened that we met some Indians there. In Mexico, we were right behind such an Indian teacher. Behind them, we went through Mies Petersen, she was a friend, she was already familiar with them, so we went there with a group of about twenty people. We went there to the Spring Equinox and danced with Toltecs in front of the Pyramids in Teotihuacan.

How did you feel?

You feel so many different sides, from fatigue, confusion, because you dance, there is a great heat, you can not stop dancing or you should not leave the circle, you do not have a cap on your head, so you have the naked sun in your head, wondering how this it's going to take a few hours. So it's also physically demanding, you get into such strange situations, you dance, and sometimes you do not know if you have a slight hallucination, or if your peace is deepening, a strange thing is happening ... It's such a variety of experiences, a multi-layered basket.

What was your childhood?

I had a nice childhood. I grew up in the garden of the villa, I described it in a book ("From Me"), so I do not want to talk about it much. We rode a lot on Sazava under the tent, then grandpa built a cottage when I was seven years old. Childhood was a lot in the garden, in the countryside and a lot in the greenhouse at the Barrandov villa. His grandfather had a huge greenhouse where South American plants were, including a huge palm tree. The palm then lifted the glass all the way, so they had to chop the palm and the whole greenhouse collapsed ... Today the villa is still standing there, the entire greenhouse is completely renovated, and the villa is raised by a floor, it has a Russian.

Who do you like from your acting colleagues and you also meet outside work?

I'm not very often with anyone, because we play with boys, Pjer la Še'z and Zdeněk Konopásek, Alan Vitouš and Viktor Zborník, with an illuminator. I'm the one with them. And my son is also doing sound engineer there. Otherwise, I meet Natasha Burger, I'm starring in "The Blonde Murder" at Divadlo Na Jezerce, but I do not have other actors, because I do not play in anything like that. I'm not even shooting movies, so I will not see anyone.

And would you go to the movie if you got the offer?

Why not, if it was worth it.

What is it worth?

That is, if you really enjoyed a theatrical performance, because I'm doing it so I'm making time to shoot. And that I would say, yes, it really is worth not to play on the stage and instead to make a movie. So it would have to be something I thought would be interesting, beneficial. Turn it just so that you can not turn it, I do not want it.

Do you like technical inventions, technology?

I like such technologies as water like a bumblebee like a bee, that's my technology. I admire you. If you think the devices, I'm not the kind who admired it, of course I use it - mobile and computer, car, too, but I do not understand much. I'm trying to keep these inventions a little out of the body, not that I'm going to lose it.

Do you feel rage when someone next to you in the tram furiously calls you and you can learn all about his intimate life?

It does not make me angry, I did not get angry. Because I really do not know what it would bring me if I was angry. It certainly would not improve my mood. It would be too much for me, and I do not want it. And I would not even allow another person to handle my mood ... I do not know why I ought to be addicted to some people who do nonsense, why should I mistreat the mood of their activities.

You said your son is a sound engineer ...

Son is doing on television, he works as a broadcast technician, he does with us occasionally, he travels with us for trips. He is great, he also plays theater, with his daughter, and his friends, such as "The Little Prince," now they will play such stories, "Swallow" is called. He also starred in "The Man Who Borded the Trees". And her daughter, she studies French and interpreting, and she also plays theater.

Do you meet Mrs. Ivetou as part of the performance?

Not at all, we met earlier in the show "Four Positions and One Vesna" on the "Four-Position" and "One Vesna" show where I played, but somehow we agreed that it was not our way. We had the performance "A Love", which was also called "Alaska" - I was playing with Iveta and Pavel Seidl, it was common. But otherwise she writes her games, her domain is mainly a theater for women and for parents with children. So she makes a performance more for this audience, and she has great things, she writes games, directs. There, across the river, there is a small Kampa theater, terribly nice because there are such nice things going on there. I did improvisations there, a little "Visit", "Soul K," Ivetka is directing or organizing shows for mothers and daughters, such as "On the Way", or "Blaženka", dedicated to women, and even domestic violence , and then there is a performance for children, now they made a fairy tale "About the Waterman", which is such a fairy tale from Čertovka, then they have "About Carp Carl", playing "Ronju", "Fire on the Mountain" ... This is my wife doing well she's going! Do you like her?

I'm not mistaken. Sometimes they invite me to the general, and I sometimes tell them their audience, but otherwise I do not mind. She knows advice.

Are you a triple grandfather, how do you enjoy it?

Well that's wonderful! Attention! My grandchildren are amazing. They are often used by us. We like to see. They are eight, six and four. The grandson is born 10. March, on Tibet Day.

When we're in Tibet, are you contributing to people in need?

Do you mean in other countries? You know, we have it so that when we play "Four Agreements" or "Fifth Arrangement" on a trip outside of Prague, it is always a custom that the performance is part of the sales for a gift. Now maybe 150 a thousand. It depends on how big the revenue is, because the bigger it is, the bigger the gift. And mostly it's about things in our country, in the republic. Either for a local purpose (forest nursery, handicapped people, wheelchair club), or it is a specific action, charitable or cultural. Part of the money we give to things we support for a long time from each performance, and they are mostly deaf or Rolnička Soběslav, facilities for the physically and mentally handicapped. When we play four performances a month, it puts around 250 a thousand, so it's about a million or two a year, that's big sums. And abroad - we have contributed to the Life of the Elder, contributing to the Indians in Ecuador who are trying to buy a piece of the Amazon forest to prevent the extraction of oil, wood ...

And privately?

We and our wife have long supported two girls in Peru, two little Indians, sisters Naomi and Kelly of Haparquilia, a village next to Cuzco. We are sending resources to their studies. It's actually a long-distance goddess. It's not an adoption, we have no claim to them.

Are there any animals besides your grandchildren at home?

Well, home, there are ants, flies, then there's a cat and a dog. There were also rats, rats, hamsters, and the jays also come to visit. Otherwise, we have a lot of strakapoudos, they are very smart, they are destroying our facade, because we have an isolated house with polystyrene and somehow they taste it. They always make holes in that ... They're really smart. One snake even appeared once, came to the house ...

Has he just come to visit?

Yes! It was a very strong moment, because that night I had a very lively dream about a serpent, in the morning I told the dream to my wife and I was amazed because the snake appeared in the living room. It was blind. It was as strange as he was in the scene!

Would you ever want to live anywhere else than in the Czech Republic?

Sometimes, but always for a while, for example, in Bali for a while, it was nice, beautiful, Mexico is beautiful, Sweden, Corsica, Sicily is beautiful, it was interesting everywhere! Always for a moment.

Have you ever felt that you do not want fate?

No, no. I know that everything I was experiencing I wished I wanted it. And that's why I live. I do not even think that fate can convince you that it is unfavorable ... fate always puts you in the situations that you wish yourself.
