Happiness is a state, an inner state. Happiness is the way you experience the world and yourself. Happiness is to love oneself. Happiness is being yourself.

Happiness is being able to be yourself and not interfere.

Happiness is a state in which a person does what he loves and loves what he does. Therefore, what he does is a reward for him. This means that if you manage to do what you love and love what you do, then you feel lucky.

This is great happiness, because when a person learns to get along with himself and love himself, then it is natural for him to love others, because then there is nothing complicated about it.

When a person does not love himself or somehow hates or is harsh on one another or is very critical, or does not believe or is underestimated, so it's projected to other people.

It usually happens that we then look for the causes of our problems in others.

We look for it in those who hurt us, who puts obstacles in our way, who cheated on us and we always find someone there.
