China

In 2007, during preparatory work for coal mining, strange stone disks were discovered in Jiangxi Province, which were slightly convex in the central part. Gradually, they pulled a total of ten of them out of the country. The discs were very similar, about three meters in diameter and weighed about 400 kilograms. Some archaeologists have suggested that they could be used as throwing stones into catapults to defend settlements. Other researchers, on the other hand, hope that after their cleaning, inscriptions will appear on their surface. The results of the survey by Chinese scientists are not yet known.

Russia

At the beginning of 2015, two stone disks were discovered in the Kemerovo region, near the Karakan coal mine. Unfortunately, one of them was damaged during the manipulation. The preserved disk has a diameter of 1,2 meters and weighs about 200 kg. The find was at a depth of 40 meters, mammoth tusks had been discovered here before. However, they were located 25 meters underground, so the disks should be significantly older than the remains of mammoths. The first results of the research confirmed that they are made of argilite (solid clay rock).

According to Vadim Chernobrov (Cosmopoisk), similar disks have not been discovered in Russia until then, with the exception of the Taimyr Peninsula, but in comparison, the Taimyr is really dwarf, and in China. A possible analogy with the so-called Egyptian disks, which are found in some museums, is also being investigated.

In September 2015, an expedition from Kosmopoisk to the Volgograd region was sent, where they carried out excavations on the Medvedický ridge, which is one of the most famous anomalous zones in Russia. During the excavations, several dozen stone disks were discovered, the diameter of which began at 0,5 meters and the largest was 4 meters. One of the smaller ones, with a diameter of about one meter, was transported for examination. Cosmopoisk has tried to determine the age of the disk, the results are not yet final, geologists are leaning towards a minimum age of a million years.

Vadim Chernobrov is about to investigate whether the disks could not contain writes in any form. The presence of tungsten was detected in the disks, which is not (yet) confirmed in the case of Chinese findings. According to local legends, the discs are to be a gift from the gods of heaven. Both in the case of Chinese and Russian discoveries, they were found in places where the ocean lineage once spread (as in the case of stone spheres, at least on the Moravian-Slovak border). The findings could point to a common cultural space of Siberia and China in ancient times. Could there have been the same civilization once?

Egypt

In the Cairo Museum, 41 discs with an opening in the middle and a diameter of 6 to 15 centimeters are on display in one of the small halls. Except for the two metal ones, all the others are stone and admirably symmetrical. They have different thicknesses, which decrease from the center (4 - 5 mm) to the edges, one of them even has an edge only 1 millimeter high. Their age is estimated at 5 years. Egyptologists believe that they were used as circular saws. Another hypothesis, this time "unscientific", deals with the possibility that information is written on them - they are too reminiscent of our current DVDs…

The Sabu Disk is probably one of the strangest finds and probably also a very "inappropriate" artifact. Although it does not fit directly into many of the discs already mentioned, it is nevertheless very interesting. It was discovered during the excavations of the mastaba in Saqqara in 1936 (English Egyptologist Walter Bryan Emery), where it was found in one of the earthen vessels. It was named after the ancient Egyptian senior official Sabua, who was buried in the tomb. Its diameter is about 70 centimeters, dating to 3 BC Some scientists believe that the disk served ritual purposes, others believe that it is the base of a ritual oil lamp. Egyptologists believe that it cannot be a model of a wheel, because the wheel was invented in Egypt only around the year 000 BC The artifact is also known as the stone propeller of antiquity.

Mexico

Obsidian disk in the Museum of Anthropology and History in Mexico with a diameter of about 10 centimeters. If Egyptian discs resemble our contemporary DVDs a little further away, Mexican ones look like a reduced gramophone record. No unevenness is visible on its surface, was the disc ground? Obsidian is volcanic glass that is hard and relatively brittle, and an even harder material is needed to process it. Again the question of technology.

Germany

A disc from Nebra is a known bronze disk with a diameter of 32 centimeters dating to the 16th century BC, found in Saxony-Anhalt near the town of Nebra (near Leipzig) in 1999. It belongs to the period of Unetic culture (the question arises who he lived in this area at that time), it also stands out - it is a metal. Its surface is inlaid with gold and the inlay depicts the Sun, Moon and 30 stars. According to some theories, the Pleiades star cluster is also depicted there. It is said to be considered the oldest star map.

Micronesia

I am adding for interest. Yap Island in the Carolina Archipelago is also known as the Stone Coin Island. They come in a variety of sizes, from a few inches to a diameter of about 4 meters and weighing about 5 tons. Did the few-ton colossi really serve as money?

It seems that there are not that few discs covered by the legend of the gift of the gods. Then there are the disks that are inexplicable to archaeologists, such as the Sabu disk, and many others. There are also stone wheels with a drilled hole in Karelia. I certainly didn't include an English-language website, in any case it's enough to think about it anyway… Who controlled the necessary technologies and what did he want to tell us?

Are there networks of pyramids that communicate with each other? So is the system of stone balls? Can't the communication of large stone disks be on a similar basis? The last photo shows how the disc was planted in the rock near Volgograd, the stone balls in the quarry in Vyšné Megoňky on the Slovak side of the border are very similarly situated. Is the Earth entwined with the security systems created by unknown civilizations? And what did they want to keep for us on some discs?
