I saw the 1954 records for our meeting of US officials and alien representatives here in California. As I understand this from the printed document, the ET asked us to agree whether I can carry out our own research.

I was attracted by the answer of our party: "How can we prevent you from doing this? You have a big lead ahead of us. " I can tell you now about the camera and the audio recordthat the one who said this and who attended this meeting personally was then President Eisenhover. All that was originally recorded on the film, just like we do now.

Let me summarize this briefly: According to the NATO report, a total of twelve races have been identified. The report said they met with representatives of the individual races and tried to find out what they were, what they were doing or what they could do. These questions were not explicitly explained here, but it was clearly stated that these races are not just a few years here, but rather hundreds, maybe even thousands of years!

Don Philips, worked for the US Air Force and was a supplier to Lockheed Skunkworks and the CIA. He collaborated with Kelly Johnson (Lockheed Skunkworks) on the design and construction of U-2 and SR-71 Blackbird. During the largest ETV maneuvers he worked at the military air base in Las Vegas.
