Where does Kundalini Yoga come from?

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient art and spiritual process that leads to a change and expansion of our consciousness and thus to the maximum use of our potential and life fulfillment, a sense of absolute happiness. The principle is based on Tantra Yoga. It includes mainly breathing exercises, static and dynamic asanas and chanting mantras. It is actually about releasing energy (kundalini) from the pelvic area and sending it to the entire spine after the spine.

Kundalini Yoga is a direct, fast and perfect practice for everyone with a normal way of life. Its beauty lies in the fact that even if you just sit down, you set the rhythm of your breath and add creative inner sound (by reciting mantras), your mind clears and balances. At the same time, give your body active relaxation. In short, kundalini yoga is a very rejuvenating exercise that has a good effect on the physical and mental condition of your body.

How to Practice Kundalini Yoga

For the first time, you should visit a lesson led by an experienced tutor. Kundalini Yoga is a very sophisticated technology, the individual exercises have a precise order and also duration. If you change any of this, you will not get the effect you stood for. Given the efficiency of your reports, it's hard to guess whether you can hurt yourself with your edits. When to practice

The ideal time of day for Kundalini Yoga is early morning before sunrise. However, find any time of day to practice regularly at a specific time. Even irregular or intermittent exercise is better than none. Try to gain space and time to practice at home without distraction.

Clothes and aids

Ideal clothing is made of natural material in white or at least light color. Include in your wardrobe the clothes you wear only for yoga exercises. This will help you build your regular exercise habit. Perform meditation without shoes and socks, because the feet leave the body harmful substances, so it is necessary to have them free. Practice and meditate on a mat of natural material. Sheepskin is traditional, very pleasant and warm.

To get a lasting effect, you need to exercise every day without a break for 40 days. During this time your body will overcome the old habit.
