Once I have said it and reaffirmed that the following text is absolute truth and not a fiction. It was composed of three original tape recordings made by 24. April 2000, during my second interview with the creature known as "Lacerta". At the request of Lacerty, the original text from 31 pages was reworked and shortened to address only some questions and answers. Some of the answers to the questions asked were partly truncated or given later modifications. There has even been a "refinement" of the report and its significance. These parts of the interview are either not listed or only partly transcribed when dealing primarily with personal issues, paranormal phenomena, the social system of plague species and extraterrestrial technology and physics.

Questions and answers from the second part of the interview:

Q: I don't know. Where do these military UFOs come from? From the United States?

 Answer: Yes. I think it's usually true. From the western continent.

Question: Why are they then making flights through Europe's densely populated areas? This photo comes from Belgium. That makes no sense. Can you explain it to me?

    Answer: Why do not I know how can I be able to explain strange human behavior? It is possible that these are remote tests or tests of electromagnetic masking systems. The eternal foe of the American nation is on this side of the world, so why can not they test it here? At home, they had enough time to test their ships back and forth. Perhaps too much attention was drawn there. With one of those types of unstable drives, as your photos show, I find it rather unlikely that it is a ship that would be able to make a flight of this length over the ocean. It is possible that the test base is here on your continent. Unfortunately, I do not know anything about it.

Question: Many readers of the first transcript asked your initial contact with Mr. EF. I know this is a story from your narrative, but could you repeat it again for this new transcript?

 Answer: Of course. The story began two years ago, here in Sweden. I have been very interested in your species and your behavior since I was young. I was studying your literature at the time as much as possible. Of course, it is not easy to own human books in my homeland, but because my group or family is in a higher position in society, I was able to gather some material together and sometimes talk to other people of my kind who were already in contact with people. I was really curious about your species, and as soon as I was allowed to come to the surface, I immediately tried to gather more information. Above all, however, I was expressly forbidden to make direct contact with people, because in my position there was no need to do so.

It was in your year 1998 when I was on my way, thence further north, in remote forests, near the entrance to my world, collecting the biological samples we use to monitor the pollution of your environment and the destruction of your flora and fauna, for statistical evaluation of your species. I was just on my way back to the entrance, off-course, we can orient ourselves more easily through our sensitivity to the Earth's magnetic field, and near a large lake, to my surprise, I came across a log cabin in the woods. I felt human consciousness in this object. It was EF

Actually, I didn't have permission to contact other species, but because I used my mimicry ability quite successfully before that, even with larger groups of people (I never met a human when I was alone), I had primitive curiosity and wanted to talking to the person in the cabin, so I knocked on the door. EF opened the door for me and we got into an interesting conversation. His language was not quite common to me at the time, but it is not so difficult to learn a new language when one can read information from the subconscious of another individual. I just told him I was from a foreign country in the east. Of course, at the time, he really couldn't know who I was. He was absolutely convinced that he was talking to a being of his own kind, even if it was just mimicry.

Since I was also tasked with exploring this terrain, where I should stay for several days, I visited him three times as a human being in a short period of time. At first, we talked about common things, later we came to religious and physical themes. He seemed to understand my knowledge and I was also overwhelmed by his clear thoughts and the relationship with people, the image of his personality and his own views.

I have the impression that you are subject to opinions based on public opinion or predestination, such as that "reptile species are bad" and so on. I was leading the conversation in that direction, and EF told me something to the effect that he believed in alien species and that they didn't have to be evil, but maybe they just weren't like us. It pleased me. At that moment, of course, I couldn't talk to him specifically about my knowledge, because he wouldn't believe me anyway and consider me a joker. I got a very, very unusual idea (for my kind) to show him in my true form, which I did during our interview, during our fourth cabin session.

Indeed, he was destined for our contact, he was receptive, sincere, intelligent, he was not religiously inclined or influenced, he lived alone in isolation, and no one would believe him if he decided to publish his story. I allowed myself to try it, but then I had serious doubts about the correctness of my action, especially when he reacted… very… violently. After a while, however, he regained control and we were finally able to talk specifically about certain things. Now he had no choice but to trust me. This was the beginning of a series of meetings that initially took place there in the woods, but later I was also in his remote home. He eventually brought me into contact with you… and that's why we're sitting here now talking about things that no one in human society is likely to believe.

 Question: You said that you did not have permission to make contact with human beings at that time. Do you think that you have the authority now to talk to EF and me about all these things and even to let the scientific community know?

Answer: Yes. It's hard to explain to understand. Let's say I find myself in a position to obtain such authorization without taking into account the possible consequences. In this position I have "immunity" against certain restrictions. Let's look at it this way.

Question: If other people want to contact you, have a chance to do so?

Answer: Generally not. We avoid contact with you and work on the surface only in remote areas, and we will use mimicry there in case we can meet any people. Now that I talk to you, that doesn't mean others will follow my example. Of course, you could try to find an entrance into my world and penetrate our territory. However, this can lead to unpleasant consequences for intruders. You have no chance of getting to know us on the surface. You can't even contact us directly, we have to contact you, just like I did with EF. However, these types of contacts are not the rule, but they are very rare.

It is absolutely possible, out of appearance, which can only be mimicry, to find out who is who?)

Question: Can you describe the location of your underground home?

Answer: I will try, but I will not tell you exactly where it is. My country is lying in one of our smaller underground locations, east of here. I'll give you some numbers, so you can get a better idea for yourself. Just a minute ... I have to try to transfer our measures to your units.

It is a dome-shaped cave, at a depth of about 4300 m below the earth's surface. The cave was created for our colony about 3000 years ago. The main part of the ceiling structure is artificially built into the rock and the shape has been rebuilt into almost perfect proportions of a very flat dome, with an oval floor plan. According to your standards, the diameter of the dome is about two and a half kilometers. The height of the dome at the highest point is about 220 m. Below this highest point, there is a special whitish-gray cylindrical support structure in each colony, which holds the honeycomb network of the supporting structure of the dome. This building is the tallest, largest and oldest in the entire dome and is always built as the first structure, along with securing the ceiling. In the meantime, it is often rebuilt and repaired. This building has a very special name and religious significance. We have only one such column, larger colonies have even more columns, depending on the construction and shape of the ceiling.

One of the main colonies in Inner Asia, for example, has 9 such columns, but this cave is more than 25 kilometers long. The central building is usually the center of religion, but also a center for climate control and regulation of the lighting system. We have a total of 5 large artificial light sources in our colony, which generate UV radiation and heat using gravity sources. Air vents and light systems from the surface, also pass in these columns and naturally, are very intensively controlled.

By the way, we have 3 air shafts and 2 elevator systems and even a connecting tunnel to another main colony, which lies about 500 kilometers further southeast. One elevator shaft leads to a cave near the surface, the others lead to one of our ship hangars, remember that it is the cylindrical ships that are hidden closer to the surface in the rocky mountain area. Usually there are only three ships. It's a small hangar. The other buildings of the colony are for the most part concentrically in circles around the main supporting column, and are usually much flatter, usually only 3 to 20 m high. The shape of the rooms is round and have similar domes. The color is even differentiated according to the type of circle and the distance from the main column. To the north of the column is another, very large and flat circular building. This structure, disrupting the concentric system of the colony, has a diameter of about 250 meters. It is an artificial solar zone, in which specially lit corridors and rooms are located.

There is very strong UV radiation in these places and the rooms are used to heat our blood. There is also a medical clinic and a meeting room. Behind the outer ring of the colony there are zones where animals are kept - as you know, we must consume meat nourishment as well as gardens where plants and mushrooms are grown. There is also hot and cold water from underground sources. The power plant is located on the edge of the colony. The generator is powered by atom synthesis, as a basic source, and supplies the colony with light and energy. By the way, my group, or "our family," lives in the fourth circle of buildings from the central supporting column.

So much in a short time. It would be too far to describe all the buildings and their significance. It's hard to describe something like that, because it's a completely different style of environment and culture from what you're used to in your life on the surface. You really have to see it yourself to believe it.

Question: Can I ever see it?

Answer: Who knows, maybe. Time will bring new opportunities.

Question: How many creatures of your kind live in this colony?

   Answer: Approximately 900.

Question: This is probably the end of the conversation. Do you have a final message for the reader?

Answer: Yes. I am very surprised by many comments to my words. Of course, I am also disappointed by the religious portrayal of my being as the enemy that has been spoken, and which is buried deep in your mind. You should learn how to judge differences from old traditions and not be under the control of something or someone who is already gone for 5000 years. You are, after all, free beings. These are my last words.
