In 1977, the spacecraft landed on the road in front of Billy Meier's house, and he went to explore it. He saw a circular disk ship with a high dome at the top, standing about 1 meter above the ground in a continuous rectilinear beam of white light.

The bottom of the strange vessel was a light, dull silver color and slowly turned counterclockwise. The edge or rim of the 60 cm thick disk was divided into vertical parts, which appeared to be formed by several small, vertically mounted blades and moved rhythmically from right to left and back in an arc of 90 degrees.

Landing legs with a diameter of about 3 meters protrude to the side about 20 cm below the bottom of the wheel. The intense white light that seemed as if the ship was floating was projected vertically down from this lower flange. Inside the intense white light, Meier saw the 5 staircase descending from the center of the ship's bottom to the ground. He saw that as the vertical flaps turned slowly back and forth, the aura of rainbow colors gleamed at the sides of the disk edge.

The main part of the disk was 7 meters in diameter and about 1,5 meters high, the lower surface of the disk was more curved than its upper part. At the top of the disc sat a 2,5-meter-diameter dome with 1-meter-high vertical walls containing eight arched hemispherical windows, up to a width of a ring 70 cm high, which was approximately the same diameter as its base. This part of the fuselage was light orange, and bright yellow-white light emanated from the windows. The top of this dome merged into a smooth curved surface of some dark stained glass. It looked like glass and had a smooth surface on which he saw no reflections.

3 creatures were on board the ship, one of whom introduced itself as Menara, came from a place near the star system of Lyra. She said her native planet had 14 billion inhabitants, and it belongs to the Confederation of Planets. She said her inhabitants worked closely on certain issues with the DAL and Pleiades universities, and that these intelligentsia had their activities here on Earth. Another crew member was Alena. Both were darker in appearance and had a long, slender body. Lizards have more than one type of race on their planet.

Menara said her ship could travel in time and space and said her ship was built before 300 in our future, and has been using it for over 250 years. There seems to be an upward technological development here. The Pleiadians say their technology is roughly 3000 years ahead of us, but the DAL universe is still roughly 350 of the Earth years ahead of them and is therefore technologically supportive.

Now we have a race of beings from the constellation Lyra, which seems technologically several thousand years before the DAL universe, so in a sense they help the DAL and the Pleiades. This can give us some idea of ​​the kind of help the Pleiadians offer us. Contact with the creatures of Lyra continues, and there was another landing, including a landing in snow depth of 12 cm, where a characteristic circular area of ​​melted snow and ice originated on the ground.

Vegan rays.

During a conversation about other matters, Billy accidentally mentioned the Vegans, beings who came here from the constellation Vega. He added that their technology is 250 years older than the Pleiadian, and that they are also in contact with the DAL universe, which actually helps them as much as the Pleiadians. The Pleiadians, Vegans, DALs and Lyrans belong to the same kind of creatures that includes us! Meier does not know other species of this branch and therefore has not processed these subjects.

It was found that Alena had come back to her own ship at another time and warned Meier in advance of her visit. She arrived at another spacecraft meeting that Meier had not seen yet. She explained that she and others like her are coming from a planet in the star system Vega, part of the constellation Lyra as we see it from here. Vegans are darker than Lyrans and look a bit like Hotentoti, except for higher cheekbones and triangular cheeks. Vegans, as she explained to Meier, really come from the early Lyrans, like the Pleiades and us. Their ancestors are a little older than the Pleiadians.

Vegans arrive on Earth in a 8 meter disc that lands or rather emits a coherent beam of plasma energy, 40 to 50 cm above the ground. This plasma spout goes down only 30 to 40 cm, then swirls back up, in an almost annular spool. The plasma ejection looks more like a very precise blue-white flame curtain, with a ring around the bottom, with the difference that it flows constantly. Meier says the spout looks like it was coming out of a grid of very dense metal mesh inside the circular bottom surface of the ship.

The ship has at the top a dome of transparent material of many circular parts, otherwise it is one piece with transparent ribs that rise vertically and meet at the top. The canopy is surrounded by a base with a smooth silver ring like stainless steel. From this circular plate to the upper edge of the ship, the surface of the hull bends with sharper folds.

The lower part of the vessel has a smooth surface as stainless steel, with plasma spouts at the periphery. The surfaces are not connected but have a narrow gap that contains small outlets of a very special shape. Instead of being circular, like the edges of the disc, they have a four-lobed shape viewed from above. The assembled plate rotates quickly counterclockwise between the edges. The rapidly turning neck part emits an orange glow.

Ships from space DAL

It is not entirely clear at this point how exactly the DAL spacemen have entered into a relationship with us. It is a nice, Nordic-looking race, similar to Nordic whites in Europe, so they could walk on our streets unnoticed in conventional clothes.

The drones arrive in disc spacecraft that have a slightly lower profile and land on a flat bottom. The bottom has 3 bright, 2 dark colored rings and a dark center in the flat bottom surface that we can not explain.

The other section of the ship contains a metal rim that rises almost vertically from a dark metal rim that connects another light-colored piece that forms the upper disk flange to the raised dome in the center.
