When he had this film developed, he received 8 pages of text for Eisenhower. This briefing is a memorandum allegedly written in 1952 by the first CIA director, Roscoe Hillenkoetter, for newly elected President Dwight Eisenhower. Hillenkoetter writes in it that incumbent President Harry Truman has set up a secret group in the middle of the US government, which he called Majestic 12, whose task was, among other things, to investigate crashed alien vessels.
