When someone tells you Egypt, you will automatically remember the pyramids on the Giza Plateau. It is similar with Mexico, where its most significant archaeological site is the city of Teotihuacan and its Pyramid of the Sun and Moon, which are located approximately 50 kilometers northeast of Mexico City at an altitude of 2200 meters. The city is located on an area of approximately 5 km in length and 3 km in width.

Archaeologists are trying to attribute the origin of this city to the Aztecs, but they themselves claim that they came at a time when the city was abandoned and they know nothing specific about the previous inhabitants.

The name of the city Teotihuacan can be translated as A place where people become gods. The place where people met the gods.

The reason for the demise of civilization is still unknown. There are no historical records. The city was abandoned at least twice. Probably its authors and builders for the first time and the Aztecs for the second time.
