During the years after the Second World War, the United States government was confronted with a number of events that preceded the future and the future of humanity. These events were so unbelievable that they despised what we could trust. Stunned President Truman and his senior military commanders found themselves virtually powerless after winning the most destructive and costly war in history.

The United States developed, used and was the only nation on Earth that owned an atomic bomb that itself had the potential to destroy every enemy and even the Earth itself. At that time, the United States had the best economy, state-of-the-art technology, the highest standard of living, had the greatest influence, and had the status of the largest and most powerful military force in its history. We can only imagine confusion and concern when the elite of the United States has discovered that an alien spacecraft piloted by strange creatures crashed into the desert in New Mexico.

In the period from January 1947 to December 1952, at least 16 crashed or shot down alien ships were discovered, 65 bodies of aliens and 1 alive were found. Another alien ship exploded, and nothing had been repaired since that incident. Of these incidents, 13 occurred within the United States, except for a vessel that had already disintegrated in the air. Of these 13 cases, 1 was in Arizona, 11 in New Mexico and 1 in Nevada. Three cases occurred in other countries. Of these, 1 was in Norway and 2 in Mexico. UFO sightings were so numerous that a thorough investigation and detection of each report became impossible without the use of existing intelligence tools.

Aliens on the ground

The alien ship was found by 13. February 1948 on the area near Aztec in New Mexico. Another ship was found by 25. March 1948 in the Hart canyon near Aztec. It had an average of 100 stops. Of these two vessels, a total of 17 bodies of aliens were obtained. Even more important was the discovery of a large number of human body parts in both these ships. The devil raised his ugly head here, and paranoia quickly attacked all who knew it.

Events immediately became the subject of the highest secrecy. The security measures were even stricter than those concerning the Manhattan Project (atomic bomb). In the years to come, these events became the most kept secret in human history. A special group of top scientists from America was formed, and in December 1947 a project called 'SIGN'(sign) to study this phenomenon. All this shameful business was shrouded in a mystery. Project Sign in December of 1948 developed into GRUDGE 'project.

Project BLUE PAPER

The data collection and disinformation project called 'BLUE BOOK' was set up as part of the Grudge project. The Grudge project was to produce 16 volumes, including the controversial 'GRUDGE 13', which I personally saw with Bill English, we read and revealed to the public. 'Blue Teams' have been set up to recover crashed disks and study dead or living aliens. The blue teams later evolved into Alpha teams under the 'POUNCE' project.

During these early years, the United States Air Force and the CIA have ensured complete control over the mystery of aliens. In fact, the CIA was formed by the Presidential Decree, first as the Central Intelligence Group for an explicit target - solution of the extraterrestrial presence.

Later, the National Security Agency (NSA) who oversaw the intelligence community and, in particular, extraterrestrial research. A series of notes and memoranda of the National Security Agency exempts the CIA from a single task - collecting foreign news and slowly legalizing direct actions in the form of hidden activities at home and abroad.

Collecting information

On 9 December 1947, Truman approved the publication of the NSC-4 Directive, entitled 'Coordination of information measures in the field of foreign intelligence", At the invitation of Marshall, Forrestal, Patterson, and Kennan Director for Policy Planning at the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Foreign and military news, 1. - "The Final Report of the Special Commission for the Study of Government Operations with Reporting Activities," the United States Senate, 94. congress, 2. session, report No. 94 - 755, from 26. April 1976, page 49 states:

"This directive empowers the Secretary of State to coordinate overseas information activities aimed at suppressing communism."

Top Secret NSC-4 - NSC-4A instructed the Director of the Central Intelligence Service to carry out secret psychological activities to achieve the goals set by NSC-4. It ordered the DCI to take secret measures and ensure through contacts with state authorities and defense that the resulting operations would be in line with US policy.

Guidelines for NSC-10

Later, NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 were to replace NSC-4 and NSC-4A, and further expand hidden needs. The Policy Coordination Office (OPC) has been tasked with implementing an extended program of covert activities. NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 have confirmed illegal practices and procedures that are consistent with the application of the principle of national security. The response was quick. There were no more cracks in the eyes of the intelligence community.

An Executive Coordination Group (CG) has been set up under NSC-10/1 to review but not approve secret project proposals. This CG was secretly tasked with coordinating extraterrestrial projects. NSC-10/1 and NSC-10/2 were interpreted as meaning that none of the management wanted to know anything until everything was successfully resolved. These measures created a divide between the president and secret information. Everything was intended so that the president would reject any knowledge that would leak to the public about the real state of affairs.

This 'cache' was used in later years to effectively separate the following presidents from the knowledge of the extraterrestrial presence. NSC-10 / 2 created a study group that secretly met and comprised of current scientific capabilities.

The study group was now called MJ-12. Other NSC-10 / 5 guidelines outlined the duties of the study group.

The first victim of concealment

Defense Secretary James Forrestal began raising objections to secrecy. He was a very idealistic and religious man who believed that the public must be told the truth. When he began talking to opposition leaders and congress leaders about the extraterrestrial problem, Truman was asked to step down. He expressed his concerns to many people and rightly believed he was being watched. Those who watched him interpreted this as his paranoia.

Forrestal later stated that he suffered from a mental disorder and was admitted to the Naval Hospital in Bethesda. In fact, management feared that Forrestal would start speaking again, so he had to be isolated and discredited. Sometime in the early morning hours of May 22, 1949, CIA agents tied a sheet around his neck, fastened the other end to the bed in his room, and threw James Forrestal out the window. The sheet snapped and he died. He became one of the first victims of hiding the existence of aliens.

Alien EBE

A living alien, who was rescued in 1947 in a UFO crash in Roswell, was called EBE. The name was designed by Dr. Vanneverem Bush as an abbreviation of the name for an extraterrestrial biological entity (Extraterrestrial Biological Entity). The EBE tended to lie, and more than a year had given only the required answers to the questions asked. He did not answer questions that would lead to unwanted responses.

At some point, during the second year of research, at least surprising information related to EBE began to emerge. This compilation of discoveries became the basis of what was later called the "Yellow Book". Photographs of EBE were taken, which years later, among others, were seen by me and Bill English in the GRUDGE 13 report. At the end of 1951, EBE1 became ill. The medical staff was unable to determine the cause of the EBE disease, and had no information to draw from.

The EBE's energy system was based on chlorophyll and therefore processed food that was much like plant. The waste material was eliminated as in plants. He was called a botanist. Botanic was dr. Guillermo Mendoza, who was brought to help EBE help recover. Dr. Mendoza worked to save EBE until mid-year of 1952, when EBE died. He has become an expert in alien biology.

In an unnecessary attempt to save EBE and gain a positive result with this technologically extraordinary extraterrestrial race, the United States has begun to send a call for assistance at the beginning of 1952 to large areas of the universe. The challenge was left unanswered, but the project continued in good faith.

Create an NSA

President Truman founded super-classified NSA (National Security Agency) 4. November 1952. Its primary goal was to decipher and initiate dialogue with aliens. This most urgent task was the continuation of earlier efforts and was designated the SIGMA project.

The NSA's second task was to track all communications and signals from all facilities around the globe to collect reports, whether from humans or aliens, and to keep the secret of extraterrestrial presence.

The SIGMA project has been successful. The NSA also maintained communication with the base, the Luna, and other secret space programs. The Executive Order was released by the NSA from all laws that are not directly specified in the text of the law, as the NSA does not provide as subject to this law. This means that if the agency is not mentioned in the text of any law adopted by the Congress, it is not subject to this or these laws. The NSA now carries out a number of other duties and is, in fact, a privileged agency in the intelligence community.

The NSA now receives 75% of the funding allocated to the news community. The old saying "Where is money, there is power" is true. DCI is an institution today, shielded by public fury. The primary task of the NSA is still communicating with aliens, but is now coordinating other extraterrestrial projects.

President Truman kept secret from all allies, including the Soviet Union, information about the development of the extraterrestrial problem. Plans have been made to defend the Earth in the event of an alien invasion. There have been great difficulties in maintaining international secrecy. It was decided that an external group was needed to coordinate and monitor international efforts. Everything must be hidden from printing. The result was the creation of a secret company known as "BILDERBERG", based in the group in Geneva, Switzerland. The Bilderbergs later evolved into a secret world government that now controls everything. The United Nations has been and still is only an international joke.
