Scientists have returned from Peru to Russia to investigate a mysterious mummy found in one of the caves on the Nazca Plateau. Konstantin Korotkov, a doctor of technical sciences, professor at the University of Information Technology, Mechanics and Optics in St. Petersburg, and Natalia Zaloznaya, an X-ray scientist and computed tomography expert at the International Institute of Biological Systems, witnessed and participated in very interesting events. They were members of an international expedition to explore a mysterious mummy discovered near the famous Nazca Plain.

The toes on the hands and feet are three at a time and very long, as if they were intended to be caught (in rock crevices?). The proportions of the body are similar to human and in an upright position the mummy would be 168 cm high. He has a very special head with a skull extended backwards. The nose is very small and it has no ears, instead there are only two small holes.

The mummy is similar to a plaster sculpture covered with a white powder. However, as the X-ray and computer tomography showed, it is definitely not a sculpture. Inside is the skeleton and the remains of the internal organs. The radiocarbon method has been determined age of tissues on 2300 - 2500 years. The powder was used to embalming the body, according to scientists.

"I certainly have no doubt that this creature was once alive", Professor Korotkov said. "We took tissue samples and are now being analyzed by geneticists at a large medical institution in St. Petersburg."

Preliminary results were female. Regarding whether it is an unknown kind of human, mutant or representative of the extraterrestrial race it will be possible to draw conclusions until the genome breaks down. "

The place where the mummy was found, the scientists are melting. But they said that stones with drawings of three-fingered beings were found in the vicinity.

Exploring the mummy continues, and Professor Korotkov assumes that it will bring very interesting results that may make us look at the history of humanity differently.
