6) I'm responsible for my life. I am aware of my intentions, thoughts, attitudes, beliefs and values. I'm thinking about my actions. I realize my actions. I feel my feelings.

7) I respect myself. I know I have my value just like any human being. I have self-respect. And that is rarer than any short-term reward for her betrayal. I mainly listen to myself. I follow my feelings and intuition. I defend my thoughts from others. I am willing to listen to others, I respect their feelings, thoughts and opinions, but that doesn't mean I have to agree with them.

How to be happy

If you are the type of woman who considers motherhood and childcare to be her vital role, then it is important to follow simple principles that will benefit not only you but probably also the children and partner, learn not to put others first in front of yourself. If you want something for a long time, talk about it with your partner or push it through in the family. Take care of your husband. It often happens that for children we stop thinking not only about ourselves, but also about our counterpart. Prevent problems in a long-term partnership and take care of your husband, make him happy and sometimes praise him.

The last important thing is to take care of yourself. Make yourself a woman with everything. We each have a spark in us that needs to be taken care of so that it does not burn out. Think about how you would feel best, find a hobby, exercise or a new course. Take care of your appearance and soul.
