Recipe: Baked cabbage with rice and tempeh

Ingredients:

  • Basmati rice 200 g (specially cooked)
  • 3PL sunflower oil
  • 320ml of water
  • 1 / 3 MS salt
  • 1ČL salt without salt
  • Cabbage 400g (especially cooked in salt water to the half)
  • Tempeh BIO smoked 200g (grated roughly)
  • Onion 1 pcs (cut into cubes, under tempeh)
  • Sunflower oil 3 PL (clear baking pan)
  • Soybean cream 200 ml

Preparation time: approx. 35 min + 30 min baking in oven at 200 degrees.

Approach:
