Natural contraception. The advice of old Chinese and wise Indians

If you have a partner who is unable or unwilling to treat your woman's fertile days, there are, of course, other contraceptive options in the natural form. Even our grandmothers and their grandmothers who did not take the "pill" knew that there were herbs, quite reliably suppressing fertility. However, some herbs, commonly available today, of course did not know, even though they knew their "exotic" counterparts: an example of all is the Indian Nimba (neem).

Indian Nimba

According to many users, it has a reliable contraceptive effect and its effect on fertility is even so great that it must not be used during pregnancy, as it could cause miscarriage. In addition, it is very healthy, it acts as a natural antibiotic and antifungal. In India, however, it was used as a contraceptive tool mainly by men - which we can probably only dream of in the Czech Republic.

There are many similar means. Historically, a pomegranate is very interesting and very well tested is the "wild carrot" (carrot, Daucus Carota), which can be applied in the form of tincture or simple chewing of seeds. Disappointing, but users appreciate its effects.

We live at a time when it is quite common for a woman to have a minor health or aesthetic problem, or just "just so," to get "pilulky"- chemical hormonal contraception. This, of course, does not solve the health problems. On the contrary, it produces (even in healthy women) more and more serious problems. Unfortunately, the list of unpleasant "side effects" is also the fatal - death. There are many natural ways to plan a family without chemistry very reliably.

Few people would hand over the keys to the street from the house or the car keys just because the person assures him that he will treat his property better and make it more comfortable for him. Still, something very similar on a mass scale around us is commonplace. There are over two million women in the Czech Republic who are willing to pass "remote control" from their bodies to "key owners" - those who produce hormonal and other industrial forms of contraception. They often do not know that they are doing what they actually do because they live in an artificially maintained illusion that there is no other option.

A woman or a slave?

Few little women would agree to prevent someone from stopping her heart beat and feeding her to external blood circulation just to make her heart less exhausted. At the same time, many of us have the same way to silence the basic biological function that is as natural and natural to us as the puberty: the innermost rhythm of a woman. By "using" chemical contraception, women have so-called "liberated" - by themselves.

Even our grandmothers and their grandmothers who did not take the "pill" knew that there were herbs, quite reliably suppressing fertility.

In fact, we get into an absurd situation where female fertility is considered "dangerous" to a partner. Women who take hormonal contraceptives know well that they have at least once considered the subject: "If I dropped the pills, they would not want to have me."

This is in fact a total degradation of the relationship between two people. It has until recently been perceived as a sacred bond of two bodies and souls through which a new life will emerge. The wave of brutal atheism, which flooded our civilization - and predetermined and enabled, by the way, the current wave of migration - made "technology" out of love and new life. However, it is hardly understandable that there are Catholic couples who rely on the "good" hormonal contraception ... but that is another article.

Contraception - meaningless health risk

Even if we neglected the psychological and spiritual consequences that flow from the contraception of the hormonal contraceptive cycle, it is certainly not possible to neglect the health question. And here we are totally published by the media propaganda of the pharmaceutical industry. So few people take seriously that the "pill" just say, very dangerous. An increasing number of women end up taking hormonal contraceptives with venous thrombosis, which may kill them even worse.

It is not a coincidence: Czechs can be "boasting" by the high percentage of the so-called Leiden mutation that causes changes in blood coagulation: there are about five to ten percent of women suffering from this genetic variation. Often without knowing it - even though a thorough examination should be an automatic condition of a "hormone" prescription. Other negative effects of contraception will also not be enjoyed: stroke, liver disease, migraine, depression or total immune failure. And so we could go on for a long time.

A typical approach to current medicine, unfortunately, is mostly above all waving the hand and assuring that it is actually a small risk. Of course, a woman will no longer be a good argument until she is too late and ill.

One infertility and permanent inflammation, please

However, even without hormone users, the "pill" can properly flood. In many cases, after a long-term use, the natural female cycle will no longer start. Then there is "resuscitation" with other artificial hormones that are about as delicate as electroshocks or artificial fertilization. The result is a "tanned", sick woman, and a child who has a decent health burden at the outset.

What with this? Gynecologists propose a "solution" - for example, for those women who, for various reasons, also fear to prescribe pills - an intrauterine body. But this is not really the solution. Only seeming. Although it does not have some "pills" problems, it is still not mistakenly safe. It has long been considered that "only" prevents nesting of the fertilized egg in the uterus.

But further research has revealed that everything is not that simple. Today we know that a foreign body primarily simulates a constant inflammation in a woman's womb. The white blood cells then destroy the sperm and thus contribute to the contraceptive effect. It's not such a great thing as it may seem: complications are the actual inflammation. And the female cycle is also out of service here. In other words, there is not much to be done about. But what else to do?

A bawdy anecdote says the best is to work and study - not before or after, but instead. But what is to be done by a woman who does not want or can not take hormones and wants to have a full partner life, to be healthy and to be sure she will not have children until she is fully prepared for her?

Security and fertile days

The answer is a bit horrible at first glance - for those who come from seemingly safe artificial backdrops of "world after a pill": there is no certainty. Yet, the methods of persuading only the wanted child exist - although they often include "work and study". But not all and some not many.

An interesting option is, for example, variants of the (morning) body temperature measurements or fertility days calculations. These are done in Slovakia, for example, by the Dr. Jonah. From the date of birth she can calculate not only fertile and infertile days, but even good days for seamless pregnancy and the birth of a healthy child. And even the sex of a possible offspring.

A similar method is to rely on the time when the so-called "empty moon" (or void of course Moon) is in English. Sounds like some lines, but it's a simple and simple method and very popular to the west of our borders. There are even apps on smartphones such as iLuna that watch when Luna is "out" and so you can safely do anything you do not want to bring another desired "fruitful" result. There are women who have been guided by similar calculations for years and have a healthy and working marriage and as many children as they want.

Computers for women

Another possibility is to pass the reins to their body and to orient themselves in determining the fertile and infertile periods according to him. It is not just a lengthy (and not quite reliable) measurement of the basal temperature: There are, for example, computers imported into the Czech market, which simplify the whole "prostocvik". It measures body temperature in the mouth and their reliability is 99,8%, which is a number that can boldly compete with the hormonal "hammer on conception". And side effects are by the way zero. So - besides one: a healthy woman just some days in the month is fruitful. He must count on it and arrange it accordingly.

Contraception from the garden

If you have a partner who is unable or unwilling to take into consideration his fertile days, there are, of course, other options. Even our grandmothers and their grandmothers who did not take the "pill" knew that there were herbs, quite reliably suppressing fertility. However, some herbs, commonly available today, of course did not know, even though they knew their "exotic" counterparts: an example is India's Nimba (neem).

This has many contraceptives, and its effect on fertility is so great that it should not be used during pregnancy, as it could cause abortion. In addition, it is very healthy, acts as a natural antibiotic and antimycotic. In India, however, they used it as contraceptives mainly by men - something we may seem to be able to imagine in Bohemia.

There are many similar means. Historically, a pomegranate is very interesting and very well tested is the "wild carrot" (carrot, Daucus Carota), which can be applied in the form of tincture or simple chewing of seeds. Disappointing, but users appreciate its effects.

The problem of most herbs is, however, a bit similar to that of an intrauterine body. Most of these do not prevent fertilization, but rather the nesting of already fertilized eggs in the uterus. This effect, which is largely contraceptive hormone, is, from time to time, practically equal to abortion. So again: Even if we disregarded the spiritual dimension of such a "silent murder", it is a question of whether we want to do such a thing just so that the partner is not "bored" a few days a month.

Salvation Exercise?

However, there is a solution to the "problem" of female fertility, which does not include similar questions. In addition, it is highly healthy, it brings longevity and more enjoyment of loving for both partners. Speech is about Taoist exercises of sexual energy. Those who dropped conventional contraception, whether because they wanted to get pregnant or otherwise, could safely practice it.

It's not just about "the stuff". "Sexual kung fu" heals those who practice it also from diseases that are not related to the areas in question: migraines or osteoporosis are only the first on a long list. For example, using exercise, a woman can compare a cycle, start fertility or repair menopause problems - all that Western medicine likes hormonal preparations that are at least as dangerous as the "anti-baby pill".

However, masters and masters of this discipline do not have the problem of "turning on" and "turning off" ovulation (or ejaculation) if they really need it. Master Mantak Chia, who has written several publications with his wife on this topic, has one child in rich sex life and iron health and is proof that his practice works.

The most important ingredient

But it is not an exercise for everyone. Above all, they really need to be practiced, and that takes time and determination. Even if you do not learn to "manually" control all hormonal "switches", at least you will certainly gain more knowledge of your own body.

Which is perhaps exactly what the "fertility problem" is going through. I went to America among the women from the tribes of the Indian Indians, as it was possible for the Indian couples to have a maximum of two or three children in their normal sex life (their parents would not even get away when they escaped or moved). It was done without condoms, pills and intrauterine bodies. The answer is simple: The most important was a simple knowledge of one's own body. The Indians clearly and precisely perceived themselves and their fertile days, and it was enough.

Their doctrines have survived in a "modernized way" today, and some Indian women are learning to teach them (not as "refugees"). She teaches us the "modern women" of the dying civilization, to be simply "just" a woman - all in all. Knowing your own body and respecting it is perhaps the most important "ingredient" and the result of family planning efforts.

We are a little bit natural and natural, in the modern "rumble of artifacts" they have forgotten. But remember it is worth it. Not only for health, but not for "planning" at all. We know that no plan ever goes out - and this one might not even have come out.
