The MJ-12 was originally organized by General George C. Marshall in July 1947, to study samples and remove debris after the UFO collapsed between Roswell and Magdalena. Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter, head of the CIA from May 1947 to September 1950, has decided to activate the so-called Robertson Panel, which was designed to monitor UFO civilian study groups that appeared across the country. In 1956 he also joined NICAP (National Aeronautics Research Commission) and the Admiral was elected as one of their leaders. He worked simultaneously with this position at the same time as a member of the MJ-12, with his team of secret experts. They were able to direct NICAP in the way they wanted. With the UFO program and secret physical evidence under the control of MJ-12, General Marshall felt more relaxed during this very bizarre situation. These people and their followers have successfully held the public in a lie for at least 39 years, including the entire Western world, by putting fake experts in place of the real ones and influencing the entire background of the research. They are still successful today.

Within six months of the UFO collision at Roswell 2.7.1947 and securing the second collapsed UFO in San Augustine Flats near Magdalena, New Mexico, a large reorganization of the agencies took place and many people changed. The main purpose of the work behind the original so-called "safety lid" and the main reason for its creation was to analyze and try to duplicate the flying disc technology. The Aquarius Project (TS / ORCON).
Foreword: The Grudge project contains 16 bundles of documented information since the beginning of the UFO investigation in the United States and further identifiable alien ships (IACs). Originally, the project was based on President Eisenhower's command in 1953 and falls under the control of the CIA and MAJI. In 1960, the original SIGN project was renamed the Aquarius project. The project was funded by secret CIA sources and assumed full responsibility for investigations and UFO and IAC reports after the Grudge and Blue Book projects in December of 1969 ended. The purpose of the Aquarius project was to collect all scientific, technological, medical and intelligence information on UFOs and IACs from observations and contacts with extraterrestrial life forms. These sets of information were used to improve the United States Air Space Program (not NASA).

The Aquarius project contains a history of the presence of extraterrestrials on Earth and their interactions with humans on this planet, over the past 25 years, culminating in the Basque family living in the mountains on the border of Spain and France and the Assyrians (or Sirians, descended from Sirius).

(TS / ORCOM) is a summary of the foregoing, a historical record of UFO investigations, the United States government, alien ship recovery, and contacts with aliens.

Subsequent projects after the Aquarius project under TS / ORCOM

1. PLATO: Originally originated as part of the SIGN project in 1954, its aim was to establish diplomatic relations with extraterrestrials. The project was successful when acceptable terms were agreed upon. These terms include the exchange of technology, the secrecy of extraterrestrial presence and non-intervention in extraterrestrial affairs. Aliens agreed to regularly provide MAI information on people contacts. This project is still ongoing in New Mexico.

2. SIGMA: Originally originated as part of the SIGN project in 1954. In 1976, it became a separate project. Its goal was to start communicating with aliens. This project met with a positive success when the United States began a primitive communication with aliens in 1959. 25. April 1964, the USAF intelligence officer met aliens at the Mollomar Air Force Base in New Mexico. The contact lasted approximately three hours. After several attempts to communicate by different methods, basic information was exchanged. This project continues now in New Mexico.
3. Redlight: Originally founded in 1954. Its aim was testing and flights with extraterrestrial ships. The first attempts ended with the destruction of the ship and the death of the pilot. The project was reopened in 1972. Continues to Nevada.
4. Snowbird: Originally founded in 1954. Its aim was the development and use of conventional technology and flying of the type of flying saucer in public. Projects under MAJIC

1. SIGMA is a project that has started communicating with aliens and is still responsible for this communication.

3. AQUARIUS is a project that includes the history of the alien presence and the effect on Earth on humans.
4. GARNET the project is responsible for checking all information and documents relating to alien ships and for the responsibility of their information and documents.
5. PLUTO the project is responsible for evaluating all information on UFOs and IACs related to extraterrestrial technology.
6. POUNCE is a project designed to acquire all aliens that have fallen or destroyed. The project provided camouflage stories and operations to mask real effort whenever it was needed. The camouflages that were used included experimental aircraft, construction, mining equipment, etc. The project was successful and continues to this day.
7. NRA is the National Reconnaissance Organization, based in Fort Carson, Colorado. It is responsible for the safety of all aliens and their ships involved in the projects.
8. DELTA is the designation for a specific part of the NRO that is specially trained for the safety of all MAJIC projects. It is a security team and NRO operating group, specially dedicated to securing extraterrestrial and LUNA security projects (also codenamed "Men in black"). The project is still ongoing.

9. BLUE TEAM is the first project responsible for acquiring fallen or crashed alien ships and their crews. This was the United States Air Force Command (USAF Material Command).
10. SIGN is the second project responsible for collecting intelligence information and determining whether an alien presence poses a threat to the national security of the United States. SIGN joined the Blue team project. It was also the CIA and US Air Force project.
11. REDLIGHT was a project for test flights with an extraterrestrial ship. The project was delayed after several unsuccessful attempts, which ended with the destruction of the ship and the death of the pilots. It was conducted in the 51 area, near Lake Groom Lake (Dreamland) in Nevada.The Redlight project was restored in 1972. The project was partially successful. Observed ships (UFOs) accompanied by black helicopters are the property of Redlight. The project continues in the 51 area.
12. SNOWBIRD was established as a Redlight camouflage. The "flying saucer" boat was constructed using conventional technology and subsequently introduced to the public in the press and was taken several flights on various occasions.
