When we talk about extraterrestrial affairs, we also need to talk about the detailed procedural issues that the government has done, like Project Mk-ultra. Just before we start talking about this project, let's talk a little about what we need to know about UFOs, aliens and government.

Several foreign races have been monitoring human genetic development for millennia. Their presence on Earth intensified, because in the last century (1900) they began to make genetic change, initially very slowly and then very fast. Their development was eventually completed, but a technologically and mentally new human being emerged very quickly to control the aliens. During World War I, Germany discovered in the universe creatures with incredibly advanced technology that flew around the planet.

Later, during the Second World War, a group of Japanese and German scientists discovered a strong low-frequency pulse sound which, when set to a certain frequency, influenced foreign vessels. They knew it because in the late 30. years ago, Germany was testing equipment for tracking strange ships in the sky, trying to get them out of the sky and finally get one. They recovered it, and, after taking power, Hitler tried to understand and use incredible extraterrestrial technologies to enable them to rule the planet. They tried to build a primitive transport ship and even a powerful beam, but foreigners did not agree with the German philosophy of conquering the world. The aliens intervened before they lost their advanced technology and the Germans had to fight without the benefits of High-tech, only with conventional means.

In 1946, General Doolittle traveled to Scandinavia to investigate reports of "Ghost Rockets," the Scandinavian term for "Flying Saucers," as there were reports of hundreds of observations. In June 1947 Kenneth Arnold appeared in the United States in Washington. The government was worried about it. Then there was an incident in New Mexico and the US government began to deal with extraterrestrial biological entities (EBE) as a direct response. An MJ-12 group and government agencies within the secret government were formed to cooperate for and against foreigners. In fact, MJ-12 is an association for itself. So far I will not mention other extraterrestrial species (about 170 different species: humans, humanoid and non-human) who are either hostile, neutral or friendly, now I will talk about the Mk-ultra project.

Project Mk-ultra is a continuing CIA Central Intelligence project with a major focus on "mind control„. Many cases of abductions, as reported, are not possibly foreign interference. It is true that X-rays allegedly abducted into UFOs show signs of intracerebral implants, and many abducted into UFOs claim that the implants must be the work of aliens, but that some implants are a terrestrial technology invented in 1950 by Dr. Josef Delgad (whose book "Physical Mind Control" should be the latest work that all abductees should read). With these small devices, the experimenter can induce behavioral changes through remote brain stimulation. Most of this work continued in the Mk-ultra under Project 95. Delgado is now refining techniques that will allow the same result without the use of invasive procedures (implantation).

It should also be noted that in the early XNUMXs, the scientist Dr. Louis Jolyon West of UCLA was involved in the Mk-ultra project to open the Institute for the Study of Violent Behavior at the abandoned 'Nike' missile base in the Santa Monica Mountains, near Los Angeles, California. The institute would provide an ideally remote place to practice various controls of mind technology, including psychological treatment, implantation of thoughts, as well as hypnotically programmed operations.

This way of collecting data (thanks to the Mk-ultra project) confuses the problem, we have hijackers and then we have our contacted or abducted. Suicide spy units are sometimes referred to as government kidnappers because the government sees them as an exhaustive cause. We have foreign implants (small devices that range in size from 50 micrometers to 3 millimeters) and then we have Dr. implants. Delgada from Mk-ultra. Everyone's motivation may be the same as Sir Winston Churchill said: "The truth is so rare that it must be constantly protected by a bodyguard, a lie."

In checking all matters, except in cases of kidnapping by extraterrestrials, we also focused on cultivating MK-ultra activities. We are talking about the infamous "Implant-Spy's" work from the US intelligence community, which has done thousands, perhaps millions, of erased memory, hypnosis induced resistance to torture, used serum of truth, posthypnotic suggestion, rapid induction of hypnosis, electronic brain stimulation, non-ionizing radiation, microwave induction of voices induced directly into the brain and even more disturbing extraterrestrial technologies.

We have already talked about some implants, who and how made them here on Earth. Now we have to talk about another danger, "distance hypnosis". Such hypnosis is not necessarily a human affair. Killing or controlling the mind, where the perpetrator may not even have physical contact with the person giving the hypnotic command and the transmission of the mind can be induced and made as a suggestion, only through transmitters - implants.

Some secret investigators mastered the technology called "RHIC-EDOM". RHIC means Radio Hypnotic Intracerebral Control (EDC) and EDOM
