SERPO project: The exchange of people and aliens (9.): Soviet contacts

27 record - Ronald Reagan's bluffing of aliens

The Soviet Union had its own contacts with extraterrestrials. We have news that would suggest that the Soviets also have their "Roswell", so to speak. By the end of the 50s, they had an unknown body, but our information suggested that the alien species were different.

There was an incident that occurred within the Soviet Union in 1970. This particular event serves as an example of what awaits the world in the future. There is no way we can discourage visitors from space to travel to Earth and visit our planet. We are not the only country visited by the Eben.

There are many world-wide observations of similar incidents in the Soviet Union. Many incidents occurred within a week. Our intelligence service has found that voice transmissions have been conducted both within and outside the Soviet Union between Soviet air defense pilots and ground stations. The incident began in central Siberia and ended over the Black Sea. Virtually thousands of Russians watched UFOs, and at least 20's various fighter pilots were pursuing them. The Soviets attempted to shoot UFOs on two occasions, but without success. This is probably the best proof that these things happen in the Soviet Union. We think these UFOs are not hostile.

Summary of agent intelligence

STATION: RA-49

SOURCE: CAC-049-0031

DATE: 12. January 1985

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION:

The CAC announced a confrontation with an alleged space visitor and Soviet military personnel in Cherechov. The CAC was taken to a post-UFO landing northwest of CEREMCHE ICBM instead of 62 (Saskylach-Kovo). Soviet military personnel secured the ship and its crew. In the confrontation, Soviet military personnel shot one of the visitors.

After the shooting, several remaining aliens picked up the wounded man and returned to their ship. He fired a beam of light from the ship and struck the Soviet M40 military jeep, which had completely evaporated. Fortunately, there were no Soviet military personnel in the jeep during this attack. Soviet military personnel fired several 12,7 mm rounds at the vessel. One of the missiles struck the chassis of the vessel, which glowed a blue-green color. The ship's four-member crew disembarked and were taken into custody by Soviet military personnel. They were transported to the army base in Saskylach-Kovo.

Barracks and detention.

CAC gained access to the crew. He informed them that they were dressed in a gray-colored overal. Everyone seemed to look the same. They were described as follows: height about 1 meter, weight 25 kg, no hair, four fingers and palms without thumbs, slender feet without fingers. The eyes were too big, compared to the size of the head. The head was pear-shaped. No ears were seen. His mouth was just like a small slit. The nose was small, but no nostrils were seen.

The crew was interrogated but did not understand Russian. Several other languages were tested, including English, French, German, and Spanish. But the inhabitants of the ship did not answer. 24 hours after the crew was detained, she was placed inside the Soviet prison, where she was lost. The ship was secured by Soviet military personnel, and later disappeared.

CONTACT REPORT - DETAILS:

On January 22, 1985, the CAC contacted an agent-communicator - AN23, with the central office to report the contact. On January 23, 1985, the committee approved a plan for a CAC secret interview at 4-SO-P-6. CO, with the help of CO2, CO3, CO4, CO5 and NOCS - 223 and NOCS - 101, for contact with CAC. Surveillance report attached.

Contact was made at location 6. A record from the lie detector (as required by routine PG) was attached. No fraud was reported. The entire interview was recorded on both audio and video using CO3. The language used during the interview was Russian. The CAC informed about the following facts:

On 12. On January 1985, the CAC was informed of the incident at the ICBM facility, which included a UFO meeting. Specific information was requested by Command Central. The CAC read the initial report from the local Soviet commander who reported that the UFO landed northwest of the K3 shooting site. Soviet military personnel reacted to the incident. The dark-colored UFO was on the ground, east of the missile control unit. One rocket technician stood near the eastern edge and watched the UFO.

Soviet military personnel approached the vicinity of the UFO when two creatures from the ship's crew came out in front of the entrance and approached the eastern edge of K3. Soviet military personnel ordered the creatures to stop. Three of the four crew members stopped. The fourth alien continued to advance toward the fence. One Soviet military security guard fired several shots from an AK-47 rifle and hit an alien who fell to the ground.

Three other crew members moved toward the wounded man and picked him up. All four returned to the ship. After about 2 minutes, a hole appeared in the side of the ship. A blue-green beam shot out of him, struck an unoccupied jeep, and completely destroyed it. As the author of the report read by the CAC stated, the jeep suddenly did not exist.

Another armored vehicle moved towards the vessel and fired at the boat from a 12,7 mm machine gun. The vessel was hit in the landing gear. Four passengers, with the exception of the wounded, got out of the ship and went to the Soviet military personnel. According to one of the commanders present, the passengers were not frightened. They approached the armored vehicle and sat on the ground. Soviet commanders assumed they had given up.

Several attempts have been made to communicate with these beings using the Russian language. It did not seem like the aliens understood it. The crew was taken to the jeep and transported to the military barracks of Saskylach-Kovo, the 45 building. (Note: CAC-049-63 has announced that building 45 is the headquarters of the KGB in the control center. This information has been verified by the NSA, the Echo-3 source.)

The crew was placed in a cell, one in each. CAC arrived at the military barracks of Saskylach-Kovo, the 45 building, on 13. January 1985. CAC was allowed to enter each cell and try to communicate with the detainees. CAC tried to use English, French and German. The aliens seemed to listen, while CAC spoke but did not answer. They seemed very passive.

(Only naive Soviet soldiers could assume that aliens would understand earthly language, maybe they would be American Spies ...)

Two other KGB officials, one speaking Spanish and the other speaking English, also attempted to communicate, but without success. The commander of the Soviet military unit announced that Moscow requires all of them to be delivered to the 10 military barracks (news reports show that the 10 barracks are located in Obninsk, south of Moscow).

On 14. January 1985, approximately in 06: 30 hours, there were cells where visitors were empty. No signs of violent departure were found. The ship, which was guarded by the elite Soviet border patrol, also disappeared. CAC announced that Soviet KGB officials took 100 photos and a video record of visitors. The CAC provided 25 with copies of photographs for the CIA headquarters.

SOURCE ANALYSIS:

CAC is a well known headquarters. He has informed reliably over the last 22 years. CAC is the best agent, with access to secret information in our workplace. The information provided by the CAC is somewhat incredible in our case.

Our CO believes, however, that this information requires further study. WHEREAS, the additional funds should be directed to the target area to confirm CAC information. A photo tour revealed that visitors are not like humans. This is why we will enable analysts to make a more accurate interpretation of these photos.

OPERATION PLAN :

After discussing in the SC, the CO will plan steps to determine the reliability of the CAC and the credibility of the information provided by the CAC. The report for Sierra will be accompanied by this report.

ANONYME ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1) The original “Contact Report” was produced directly by the field station director at the CIA headquarters in Langley, VA.

2) What I have provided is only in the "Contact Report", which we refer to as "rough information", or you would call it "rough proposal" by an English teacher. This contact report is the first thing “out of place” and basically serves mainly as a summary of the events that were captured while people's memories were fresh; that's why it is so short.

3) The actual final report is called "SIERRA REPORT", which represents a very detailed presentation of all activities in collecting information about a particular event by all CO [Case Officers CIA] and NOC submitting their own reports. In addition, the Sierra report will include all the captured photos and recordings of what's on the recordings, and a brief summary of what the photos are supposed to be showing, the results of the lie detector tests and, of course, all the reports on individual points.

All of this is done by one or two CIA analysts who, like you or as an editor or instructor, gather all of this data and organize them in the correct format and style for an acceptable presentation. After that, the CIA SC will unsubscribe from the Sierra report. This information is then sent via diplomatic mail to the CIA headquarters in Langley and then distributed to executives who can see them and from there head off. In the case of this Soviet incident of contact between aliens and humans, if I remembered it exactly, the Sierra report had about 66 to 70 pages of text about this event.

4) When the CAC first notified us of the incident - even before the “Contact Report” was completed, SC sent a telex from the Moscow station to the CIA headquarters.

9.2 Russian version of the event

26 Record - Served by Russian Major KGB Ivan:

I remember the incident from the American e-mail, but all the details are not obvious.

The incident occurred on 11. January 1985. In the morning, two radars in northern Siberia recorded two unknown flying objects arriving in the Soviet Union. The radar flew objects at high speed, registered at 2000 km / h.

The Soviet Air Defense System sent four fighters to identify objects. Everything was reported to the Chief of Staff of the Strategic Forces (GURVO). It was difficult to track these objects with the radar: "They flew so fast that the radar could not capture (or track) these objects." The Soviet general in charge of air defense in the northern sector (Siberia) claimed that the objects were missiles because they were flying over our country with such great speed.

The general alerted all internal defense sectors (the Soviet Union had a range of air defense, from the outer border to the interior). Internal radar stations could not track these two objects because they were flying too fast. The Border Guard and the head of her headquarters sent the secret messages to GURVO, which they updated. On the radar screens, the objects were only seconds away, compared to the regular flying aircraft that would appear here for a few minutes.

The general also said that the two items were flying unpredictably. Objects dropped from a high altitude to lower within seconds. No normal aircraft could fly like that. This was feared by many Soviet headquarters staff. The Soviet radar lost track of objects in the central part of the country. To the north of the Brotherhood, however, short radar contact was observed.

Sometime around noon on January 11, the Soviet secret police announced that the inhabitants of Žmurov had reported a strange object on the cooperative field. Police arrived in Žmurov from Čeremkov and Kyuta. Two police officers drove to one building. Meanwhile, they were observing a second object flying directly over the object on the ground. Police tried to send to their command center in Cheremkov, but their radio did not work. They did not see any people from the object. The police left and their radio was working again. About 15 minutes later, the building flew away from Žmurova. Police reported everything to the Soviet military base in Cheremkov and warned them that two objects were flying east. A military helicopter flew from Čeremkov west to Žmurov.

Two helicopter pilots later announced that they saw two unknown objects in the east at a higher altitude flying at high speed. The objects flew directly to the location of the missile base. The Central Soviet Military Command announced this to the missile base and warned them of unknown flying objects. GUCOS (Chief of ICBM Directorate General) was informed by urgent telegram. The missile base was put on standby and the soldiers were expecting two objects that were approaching the base. One of them flew very low over the base.

The soldiers fired anti-aircraft rockets at an approaching object. The missiles encountered the object of the alleged enemies but were absorbed or turned away. The boat blazed blue-green and then landed. The soldiers guarded him. The staff of the second headquarters, in cooperation with the GRU-MRVD, responded. The object opened the door and bright light appeared in it. 5 passengers emerged from this light and fell to the ground.

The soldiers ordered them to lie down. The order was issued in Russian. The visitors did nothing and stayed together. One of the military commanders ordered them in English, but the visitors did nothing again. One of them headed for the military guard. One guard fired his rifle and hit him in the chest. The visitor fell to the ground. The other four went to the fallen and just sat on the ground. The military guards surrounded them all, gesturing, rifles in their hands, toward the military vehicle. Four passengers carried a shot comrade to a military vehicle.

- It is this behavior of primitive soldiers carrying out orders instead of common sense that causes aliens to refuse all close contact with us.)

Visitors were handed over to the rescue corps in Čeremkov. They switched to a larger vehicle and took them to a military garrison in Irkutsk. Here they were handed over to the Military Intelligence building within the main military headquarters in Irkutsk. Military officials tried to interrogate four visitors. They used many different languages: English, Spanish, German, but the visitors did not know any of our languages. The injured passenger received first aid from a Soviet military doctor. The doctor told the base commander that the detained visitor was not human!

The wounded man did not have red blood, but it was a thick white liquid. The alien's internal organs were non-human. Visitors were x-rayed. They described them as beings about 1,2 meters tall and weighing about 100 kilograms. They had no ears, no hair, thumbs on the palm, and only small horizontal holes like a mouth. They wore the same one-piece gray air jackets. Suddenly, the injured visitor stood up and walked over to the others, looking healed. Visitors had no weapons or other equipment on their bodies. Then GRU representatives arrived and took over the interrogation.

One of the KGB officials was in action with the GRU. The commander of the GRU-CMRD received an urgent report that updated the status of aliens and ships. Military officials surveyed the vessel of visitors. It seemed that the ship was not made by any technology known to the military officers who examined it. The interior of the ship was very small. Only small Soviet military experts could enter. There were no instrument panels or navigation controls. There was only one display, looking like our TV screen. Boat control was apparently on this touchscreen.

Visitors were transferred from Irkutsk to Soviet military aircraft to Moscow. Their ships were loaded into a large truck and taken to Irkutsk. Visitors arrived south of Moscow and were held in jail. They received water and food (Russian dark bread and soup). However, visitors did not eat or drink anything.

The KGB conducted several interrogations, with the participation of Soviet military linguists from the second headquarters, and KGB language speakers were present, but the visitors did not speak or otherwise communicate. (How could they do when they did not know our languages and talked telepathically)

On January 14, 1985, in the morning, all five visitors escaped from their closed cells. A great search was launched, but no one was found. The confiscated vessel was stored in a warehouse at a military base. That day, the ship flew in from inside, destroying the warehouse gate with a familiar beam. This was the end of the incident.

This incident has become a top secret within the KGB / GRU. Many government officials in the Kremlin were concerned. But the Kremlin seemed to know something about these ships. High officials were not surprised, but only concerned by the successful penetration into the country. GUCOS and GURVO have updated their intelligence and reported personnel changes.

I have not thought about this for many years, many years. I wish I could go to the Kremlin today and look at all the documents. But I'm retired and I do not have access. Please tell your American friends the truth. The CIA was wrong ... their lieders were lying. What worries me is that the CIA spied on in our Soviet army, and we never caught their agents.

The end of KGB Ivan's report ...
