All over the world we find legends about giants and small people. These are mostly myths and the evidence is often unprovable. Giant skeletons are often a closely guarded secret that will prevent many people from sleeping. But what if giants and dwarves are not just a myth and really lived on Earth?

The Menehune tribe - a tribe of dwarven people

In Hawaii, you will hear many stories about the people of the Menehune tribe, people of literally dwarf figures who lived in the deep forests of the Hawaiian Islands. Today, the locals are happy to show you various buildings and artifacts that serve as proof of their existence.

These people appeared in Hawaii one month ago about 1000 years ago. Typically, they are associated with the construction of a pond, which was surrounded by a stone wall, which is 274 m long and 1,5 m high. It was this pond that was to be built by the people of the Menehune tribe in one night. Legend speaks of invisible hands that performed literally legendary engineering performances. However, they hid from the people in the forest. Another structure that the Menehune tribe may have built in the distant past is the Kīkīaola Ditch in Waimea. The irrigation ditch was made of 120 carved basalt blocks measuring 61 m.

Exploring the legend of Menehune

In the Finding Bigfoot show, a team of enthusiasts will follow in the footsteps of the Menehune tribe. They visit museums where the enthusiastic historian Chucky Boy Chock tells them myths about this tribe and about different cultures. There are many legends, one of the "more common" claims is that the word Manahune means "small, ordinary," but it means social status, not height.

Chucky Boy Chock says:

"The pond is said to be built at the request of a chief named Alekoko, who requested one pond for himself and another for his sister Hāhālu. Menehune agreed, but, as usual, they insisted that no one watch them while they did their job. That night, however, Alkoko could not help himself and came to see how the pond was being rebuilt. Menehune immediately stopped his work, and they all washed their bloody hands in the river. This is how the pond got its name Alkoko, which means Blood Waves. "

Another proof that the people of the Menehune tribe were real, and not just a myth, is based on the fact that they were counted in the census of the Hawaiian Islands. Around 1500, King Umi, King of the Great Island, reportedly conducted a large census in his empire. He gathered all the people on his plain near Hualalai and ordered everyone to lay a stone on a pile that represented his district in which he lived. The census included more than 2 people, of which sixty pts were identified as Menehune.

The people of the Menehune tribe were small figures and always worked on various buildings at night

In Hawaii, you will find many different legends about this tribe. Some see them as elves, others as ordinary inhabitants of smaller stature, you will even learn that they were highly educated people with a height of about 2 meters.

One theory is that these people got their name as a way to label a group of socially inferior people, the first settlers of Hawaii. So maybe it wasn't so much about their height, but about their social status. Menehune may thus have been the common name of all the "slaves" of the island. However, no one questions her art. Their stone tools were found in Ua Huka in the Marquesas Islands in French Polynesia. The two islands are about 3 kilometers apart.

Homo floresiensis

According to several sources, the people of the Menehune tribe could have moved to the island of Necker, where ceremonial stones were found. Many anthropologists believe that the island was a religious site. In 2003, the skeleton of an early human woman was found near the islands, specifically on Flores Island Homo floresiensis. This type of man was nicknamed the "Hobbit" for his small height. Could these people have been somehow connected to the Menehune tribe?

Chris H. Hardy: DNA of Gods

Chris Hardy, researcher developing the revolutionary work of Zecharia Sitchin, proves that the "gods" of ancient myths, visitors to the planet Nibiru, created us using their own "divine" DNA, which they first obtained from their rib bone marrow to later continue this work with love acts with the first human women.
