Since the Archaic invasion of 1996, an intense war is under way in this Solar System. Right after 1996, the Dragon-Reptilian Fleet, together with many other factions of the Illuminati Secret Space Program, had almost complete control over this Solar System. Many people were forced to work as slaves, mining asteroids. Draconian forces tended to occupy colonies in the outer Solar System, while the Illuminati concentrated more on the asteroid belt, Mars, and the Moon.

On the Moon, there was a traditional division between the facing side and the flip side. The retreated party was occupied by mostly positive races, with the exception of Archimedes' base, destroyed earlier in 1977, which belonged to the Solar Warden program.

The Draconians, the Reptilians and the Illuminati had their bases mostly on the opposite side. The reason is that they wanted to hide their activity from all eyes of superficial humanity, and at the same time they did not have the advanced camouflage technologies that had the powers of Light. For this reason, they were painting their secret spaceships in black to reduce their reflection to avoid the discovery of professional and amateur astronomers on the surface. They also had to adapt flight trajectories to minimize the risk of detection.

The LOC (Lunar Operations Command), which was the main stronghold of the Solar Warden program and now belongs to the forces of Light, is located on the far side of the Moon. All Light Forces within our Solar System are masked with the Tachyon membrane to avoid revealing the surface of the planet. Many of these ships follow a similar orbit as the main belt of asteroids and Kuiper Belt objects, and most of their Tachyon membranes project a spectral imprint of ordinary chondrite (for ships of the asteroid belt) and a special fingerprint of frozen methane (for Kuiper's boats).

These ships are not boats, as we understand them, they are multidimensional biosatellites, organic interactions of consciousness and intelligent light matter. Smaller ships belong to the Ashtar Headquarters, Headquarters on Jupiter and the Pleiades, the Siraans, the Andromedans, the Arkturians and the Flotilla Resistance Movement. Larger spherical biosatellites belong to Central Civilization.

Central Civilization is an ancient race that developed near the Galactic Central Sun and is the first race in the Galaxy to reach spiritual maturity many millions of years ago. After 1996, many people were mentally programmed against the Ashtar Headquarters.
