What is the story of these pages? How did they come from?

Yes. Everything has a story! This website also started its journey on the Internet a long time ago in March 2013 only as a better alternative to bulk emails, which I sent to a few friends. A year before that, I would have said, literally a few, but the list was gradually growing. Gradually, there were dozens of email addresses, and it occurred to me that it was easier to write a blog that would send out a newsletter itself than to try to format an email with an overview of the most interesting in the last week. And so, actually at the beginning of 2013, I started putting together the first version of the Suenee.cz website - today known as Suenee Universe.

Today, after almost 4 years, the website has thousands of fans on Facebook, Twitter and in general from various parts of the Internet world. Thousands of people read us every day and more and more are coming! We are pleased. :)

And how did you even get there, Suenee?

This is also a strange consensus of seemingly random circumstances. I did not enjoy reading at elementary school. They were still telling me to read Verneys and / or Quick Arrows. It did not really attract me. It is a joke to me that I have read only Kretka and Sisa Kysela in the next ten years. The break started at the beginning of 90. the years when the edition of the short books NEJ began. Everyone was on another topic, but they all had a common idea: The greatest mysteries of the world. Gradually, I read perhaps all that came out until 1998. I literally swallowed it, because suddenly it all started to make sense to me. Suddenly I saw an imaginary gust of fresh air in that musty world where everything is clearly given - because that's what the teacher said at school (History, Nature).

It always occurred to me that the way history tells us that it's kind of weird. How can they know with such certainty that it really was?

Much has also been made to me by Mystery Arthur C. Clark's Mysteries and Mysteries, and later on the filmed version of Erich von Däniken: Memories of the future. I saw in that things for which conventional science had no explanation, and which it tried to sweep under the rug as a side issue - something we would not talk out loud so as not to make fun of us.

I still remember the scene when a classmate brought a newspaper clipping that somebody was watching the UFO. Everyone laughed at her that no aliens were. Unfortunately, I was one of them at the time. Even though I remembered that I was not sure of myself at all. There was still it: and what if it is different?

Since childhood, I have thought a lot about feelings and what is happening inside me. Although I had no idea, it affected me a lot in my understanding of reality. So it can be said that my interest in everything mysterious and seemingly supernatural stemmed from my essence of being.

A fateful meeting in high school with my very close friend Almyr also helped a lot. Today, we both say with exaggeration that more than Elektrotechnická průmyslovka, these were the afternoon sessions, when we sat long after school and debated about who we had read in the BEST books or what one or the other was thinking about. It was very strong and it moved us both spiritually and intellectually. No doubt someone had to stand by us. Some higher interest, or power, or some angels (aliens? :)), because there were sometimes quite curious synchronicities.

We meet to this day. If there is an opportunity, our debates are really only for the chosen ones - a very open mind and heart to see things beyond the seeming limits of possibilities. After all, some meetings are open to the public: Close encounters with tea. Always once or twice a month. Anyone who already feels to meet another reality can come.

In the meantime, our two-member team (Sueneé - Almyr) has grown to include other friends who have also become co-creators of this site. So if you are interested in who is hiding behind the curtain, you have the opportunity to sit with us for tea. :)

You translated the first few articles yourself. How are you doing with English?

This is also a funny thing. (At least that's how it comes to me over time.) In elementary school, I learned German from the second grade. I tried to go to the English class for half a year, but I didn't understand it at all. I found the language really weird. German has a very similar grammar logic to Czech, so thanks to that I learned German quite well. I completely missed English.

At the industrial school, Almyr and I tried to take private English courses sometime in the third year, but these were the first few lessons for beginners.

I'll cut it off. English I learned only by desperately wanting to know what is being talked about and written on foreign websites about exopolitika a alternative history. I started translating with the help of dictionaries. I tried to translate from wiretaps. It was challenging, but it paid off. So even the first articles on the web are translated by me. Today, the content is translated mainly by other professionals. :)

As they say: Nouzi learned Dalibor the caterpillar. She taught me English. But because I just feel sorry for those who do not have the stubbornness to learn English, Russian, German and others, we are writing this amazing website.

By the way, I completely forgot about German. Which is probably the biggest joke for me, that I really have very little left of it for about 8 years of teaching. I would not like to translate the article with that. :)

What do you plan for the future?

It seems obvious that people (myself included) are hungry for information about history that you will not find in school textbooks. You must search the archives or read foreign websites in foreign languages. Czech and Slovak is certainly an amazing language. Only in this case it is just a bit of a handicap. We are in the minority, so unfortunately we are missing a lot of information. That's why this site is trying to be an imaginary bridge between what's going on inside and around us on many levels.

We certainly want to expand the themes that could interest the reader or attract more attention to people who do not know about the things we are writing about or just have that idea - what I had in my childhood.

We will certainly need to extend our team to another great one colleagueswho will help you create the content of the site: translators, editors, newsletters, graphics. There is a great deal of work ahead of us!

We would like to follow current events abroad more. Write about what's happening now - what is being talked about and discussed at various conferences around the world.

Many things still affect money. There are still some things we can not do without them. Much depends on financial donations from our readerswho will contribute to transparent account. Quality work requires quality evaluation, so the more financial donations come, the faster we can bring quality content. And vice versa, we can certainly hope that quality content attracts other readers. It's connected.

How about using the ad as a source of finance?

It is also a possibility. We would like to avoid pre-planned advertising, where an advertising slogan or banner flashes at you from every corner. Those more experienced in IT will then take one Ad Block and it's useless anyway. We want to offer advertising space to sponsors and advertiserswho bring thematically valuable content. After all, it is you who are now reading my words. Just a little and it will make a huge vortex of events - the effect of butterfly wings. :)

What can readers look forward to in the coming weeks?

In the beginning February 2017 we plan to redesign the structure of the website so that the articles are better divided into thematic categories. We believe that this will give readers better access to older articles that deserve their attention over time. We plan to redesign the landing page to make interesting content more accessible. Today, there are more than 1100 articles in the database, and something new is published every day. We want to give readers a chance to orient themselves better in them.

We plan to do so this year the first annual meeting of fans of this site. Such a mini-festival in Prague, where we would present the most interesting things that are happening. We'll see how things turn out. Maybe we can get a foreign guest.
