The video shows footage of a flying object that emerged from the sea and then split into two separate objects.

The video should come from aboard the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

A group that calls itself Coalition of Ufology (SCU) claims the video was made from DHS. They claim to have obtained the video from an official source.

In the shot, we can see a flying object moving at high speed throughout the shot. The SCU states that the monitored object cannot be a drone, a bird, a balloon or any other (conventional) aircraft. They estimate that the UFO was moving at a speed of 145 km / h underwater and 193 km / h in the air.

Nick Pope, a former member of the British Ministry of Defense working on UFO monitoring, said the video was "fascinating".
