Pluto: Latest photos from NASA

The following short video is composed of the sharpest photographs from the surface of the planet Pluto, published by NASA as part of the New Horizons mission. The photographs were taken during the probe's flight around July 14, 2015. The photographs are part of a sequence taken during its closest approach to the planet Pluto. The resolution in the images is around 77 to 85 meters per pixel, which can be compared to half a city block.

In the photos we can see different craters, mountains and ice surface.

Again, it is worth noting that even the best photos are again black and white, even though we can see a hint of colors in wider shots. There is no need to write about the atmosphere and the surrounding space around the planet. In my opinion, the headline is justified;)
