Recipe: Bologna Spaghetti

Recipe for 10-12 serving

Raw materials for soybean granulation:

  • 1 soy granulate 150 g
  • 3 str garlic (press or cut into small)
  • Shoyu sauce 3 PL
  • Kitchen Salt 0,5 Art
  • Vegeta without glutin 2 PL
  • Potable water 1,5 l

Other raw ingredients on sauce:

  • Onion medium 8ks (diced)
  • Kitchen Salt 0,5 Art
  • Carrot 6ks (grated)
  • Tomato paste 3ks after 140g
  • Tomatoes in their own juice 2ks after 400g
  • 4 str garlic (press or cut into small)
  • Dry Basil 3 PL
  • Sunflower oil 14 PL

Spinach seeds 850g

Preparation time: approx. 40 min

Explanation: CL = teaspoon, PL = soup spoon

Approach:

Produce a soy granulate (pour the granulate with water and cook until the water is cooked, seasoned, squeezing excess water). Cut the onion on the cubes, lean the carrot on the grater. Burn the oil and let the onion fry. Prepare your sauce: Cut tomatoes in your own juice, mix all ingredients. Prepare a sauce, taste as you like.
