10.8.1990 km was found on 441² a large formation engraved in the dry lake bottom of Oregon. It looked like a crop circle in the middle of the desert. This is a very unusual formation that perfectly resembles its shape Mandala Sri Jantar. The symbol was perfectly flawless in the subsoil. Each line had a width of 25 cm and a depth of 8 cm of surface formed by very hard subsoil. No car or tire tracks were spotted for miles or in the immediate vicinity of the formation. No traces of tools were found and it is not even known that anyone would move in the area.

According to the army leaders, the formation had to occur within a single day. The whole area serves Idaho Air National Guard training flights.

The technical design of the formation is reminiscent of the lines and so-called runways from the Nazca Plateau in Peru.
