Vegetarians, vegans, vitarians and what? Bretarianism!

Vegetarianism is a way of eating when people do not eat some animal products, especially meat (including fish and chickens), lard and / or gelatin. Exactly speaking, vegetarians do not eat the products of slaughter, that is, nothing for which the animal is killing. Speaking in simple terms, vegetarians are those who do not eat meat.

There are several reasons why one chooses to eat a meatless diet, and they often intermingle or merge into time:

  • Medical: Based on some information, one will conclude that his / her health problems (possibly as a precautionary measure) could be resolved by moving to a vegetarian diet.
  • Ethical: Compassion with animals. Love to all animals, regardless of race, sex, climate, continent.
  • Ecological: On the basis of external information or one's own thought process, one concludes that by not eating meat it will help to protect the environment or the planet. Indeed, most crop production is used as a raw material for the "production" of animal products, and the production of meat and other animal products is therefore significantly inefficient (up to 7: 1 for beef, for example) and is a heavy burden on the environment.
  • Psychological and social: Man perceives the stress of animals just before their death. He then feels more prone to irritability and aggression.
  • Fatigue: After eating meat, one feels much more tired, because more energy is needed to process it. Some studies indicate that it is a heavy burden on white blood cells.

Veganity relinquishes not only meat, but also eggs and dairy products, sometimes honey. Many vegans of belief also disagree with fishing, hunting, the fur industry, the circus or the zoo; consistently veganism in the strict sense rejects the use of products made of leather, wool and silk or cosmetics tested on animals or animal ingredients containing.

Although the motivation of individual vegans to adopt this diet may be different, the most common reason is the suffering of animals associated with the production of animal food in industrial large quantities or in fishing. Many vegans, however, in principle reject any use and killing of animals for food, especially with the argument that the consumption of animal products is no longer necessary at present (cf. Ecological reasons for vegetarianism and energy inefficiency)

Vitarium is a nutritional direction based on the acceptance of exclusively heat-treated foods of plant origin, including vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, germinated cereals and legumes.

Vitarians eat so-called live food (RAW food) that has not undergone heat treatment above 42 ° C. It is at this point that the enzymes that are an important part of human food begin to be destroyed. Vitamins say that enzymes make life. For example, when you make almonds, they will not bark you in the country, but they will shake you. Vitarians refuse to eat heat-treated food because, as well as meat, it dies in the intestines, which, in their view, is one of the causes of civilization diseases.

Breatharianism is the belief that food and, in some cases, water are not necessary for survival, and that people can only live prana, the vital life force that is spoken of in Hinduism.  According to Ayurveda, sunlight is one of the main sources of prana.

In our country, Bretharianism is most closely connected with Henri Monfort, who introduced it to the wider Czech public. But it is definitely not the only one. It is said that there are at least tens of thousands of people around the world living in a similar way.

Certainly this direction is not for everyone, but it is the same as with the previous directions. One must achieve this, both spiritually and physically.

Take a look at the film about people who live in the prana. You will also find references to clinical trials:
