Twin in Iraq

The Pentagon team found that the hemispherical energy barrier in the hall had the same structure and shape as the one recently discovered in Iraq around Baghdad. Shortly after the discovery broke out in Iraq (Second Gulf War), the Americans gained access to the largest mystery in the region and gained control of the facility without the Iraqis knowing anything.

Massini explained to Caesar that these discoveries were related to the mysterious history of the Earth and the history of the secret organizations to which they belong. When American experts noticed the obvious similarities between the two underground structures, near Baghdad and in the Bucegi Mountains, they were very concerned about Massini and his Masonic lodge, and they almost panicked at first. The reason was the fact that a larger and more complex building is located on Romanian territory. Apparently they had information that Romania could play an important role in overthrowing these reptilian secret societies that control the world and keep it in slavery. It was also said that in the Bucegi Mountains there is an energy pyramid, invisible to the human eye, which acts as a protection of the mountain's surroundings and has the task of guarding secret knowledge until the time comes for it to come to light.

Caesar knew that he could not simply reject Massini, because he intended to try to gain as much control as possible over other procedures. Together with American specialists, a special department secured the Zero area, began exploration and was about to start drilling.

Massini very quickly procured a state-of-the-art drilling rig provided by the US military. This device, unknown to the public, was able to easily drill even the hardest rock. A small device could literally melt a rock with a strong ionized plasma and a certain rotation of the magnetic field. No dust or waste flew from the set, but the people who worked with it had to wear protective clothing.

After futile attempts to penetrate from the side into the tunnel that leads to the hall - it was not possible even with classified military technology, they decided to try to break through the energy barrier, which was about 60 - 70 meters from the entrance. There they saw a shorter corridor, similar to a subway tunnel with perfectly smooth walls, ending in a massive stone gate sealed by an invisible energy barrier. While trying to reach the gate, three members of the first special unit died of immediate cardiac arrest because they came in contact with the energy barrier. One of the Americans from the team leader, who only lightly touched the shutters, also collapsed for the same reason, but still managed to recover.

Every object of inorganic material thrown on an invisible wall disintegrated into dust in an instant, and the organic matter was thrown back - unless it had a certain high frequency.

Overcoming the first energy barrier

Behind the very effective energy seal that caused the deaths of three people was a massive stone gate. In the side wall, between the barrier and the gate, a recognizable square (approx. 20 x 20 cm) was carved into an equilateral triangle. The triangle was pointing up one of the vertices.

After the unfortunate events, Caesar entered a state of meditation to find out what had happened. At the same time, he felt a kind of connection with the energy barrier, as if mutual sympathy. Then he touched the surface of the shutter lightly with his hand and felt a slight tingle on his skin. Apparently the energy shield wasn't dangerous to him and didn't hurt him. He estimated the thickness of the barrier at one centimeter. Caesar decided to continue and really managed to get through the shield. The American officers present were all completely confused. Caesar explained this to the author of the book Transylvanian Sunrise, Radu Cinamar, who later had the opportunity to enter the underground, accompanied by Caesar:

"Those who built the complex seemed to consider the first power shutter to be the main part of the intrusion protection that was not allowed. The barrier can not penetrate anyone who does not have a highly developed and general well-oriented consciousness. In order to pass through the protection, one must have a personal frequency. The shield did not break the nuclear weapon. "

Then Caesar touched the square in the triangle, and the massive stone gate slid quietly and lightly into the wall on the left. To the surprise of all present, the energy barrier also disappeared and a view opened into a huge and long room, which was later called the Great Gallery (corridor).

Although there were no sources of light anywhere, the Great Gallery was perfectly illuminated. Later analysis has shown that the walls are made of synthetic material and, in some places, organic. They had the color of oil and they threw bluish and greenish reflections.

Tests showed that although the walls were soft to the touch, they could not be scratched or otherwise damaged. They resisted all attempts at cutting or drilling. Scientists still tried to expose them to the effects of fire, but the flames were absorbed in a mystical way and no trace of them remained on the walls. American specialists have confirmed that the material of which the walls are made is a fascinating combination of organic and inorganic substances.

After roughly 300 meters, the corridor shifted sharply to the right, and a blue light was visible in front, reflecting the energy shield of the hall.

Diplomatic pressure and forced settlements

Caesar was the first to look into the hall:

"As we approached the end of the corridor, I hoped to open the second shutter. But when I got there, I was amazed. The corridor led to a huge hall inside the mountain, and in front of me rose a hemispherical protective energy shield that covered almost the entire hall and all the objects inside. The beauty of the building was indescribable. But the moment I was about to figure out how to get in, I got a phone call from the base. The news I heard made everything very complicated. An unexpected event occurred, and it shattered all plans, including Massini's. "

The US National Security Advisor received a top secret fax saying that the energy barrier in Baghdad's "twin" that the Americans could not overcome so far was suddenly activated and pulsed at high frequency.

"The most surprising thing about this information was that a hologram appeared in front of the 'Baghdad' shield, showing first Europe, then Romania, focusing on the Bucegi Mountains and showing the Great Gallery and the hemispherical shield in the hall, which also pulsed strongly. It was obvious that the two protective energy barriers were intertwined in a special way, the activation in one place also caused the activation of the "twin". Who knows, there may be a whole network of similar objects underground that are distributed around the world. The bad news was that the American president was informed about everything and he established diplomatic contact with Romania. This revealed our operation within minutes. "

Until then, the Romanian government has not been deliberately informed - in order to avoid any possible political influence. The head of Caesar, General Obadeus, was called to Bucharest to give an explanation. Earlier, Caesar and Obadeo had agreed to explain the whole truth, including the relationship between Caesar and Massini, but they were not clear who to turn to so that their plans would not be thwarted.

The Americans withdrew to their base, and the entry into the underground guarded the Romanian Special Forces.

As the US government demanded that the Romanian government be given control of the complex and all related operations, the Romanian leadership began to react somewhat nervously and chaotically. US generals were recalled from Romania to Washington for an urgent meeting.

There were days of dramatic twists. Caesar described to Radu the course of this period as follows:

"The National Supreme Defense Council of CSAT (Romania) has been convened for an urgent meeting. Most of the members were shaken by what they learned, but there was a wave of sympathy for us (the DZ) and the general received broad support from them. It was decided that we would continue the survey. However, the diplomatic crisis was not resolved, US troops left the country, but scientists and specialists remained with their instruments. We thought we would have peace of mind at work, and I rejoiced that I would not have to pretend to fulfill the wishes and conditions of Massini and the Freemasonry elite. Unfortunately, the influence and pressure of this elite was very strong, they used diplomatic channels.

After it was decided that the research would continue and be managed by DZ, I visited the projection hall several more times and with our special team we cataloged the objects that were there.

But we soon saw conflicting signals from politicians. The order followed the order and they interrupted each other, sometimes completely, sometimes partially. All this indicated that there was strong tension in certain circles and various dramas were taking place there. I communicated the first results of our research with a secure phone call, and it was probably the spark that led to the explosion of the entire barrel. "

The Supreme Council of Defense convened one meeting after another. Most of the council wanted to announce these fantastic discoveries in the Romanian mountains to the whole world, a minority was categorically against, emotions rose and some members left the meeting. The president's advisers came and went, passing on fresh information from diplomatic channels to the council.

When American diplomats were informed that Romania intended to make an important statement to the world, great confusion broke out and some of them panicked. The Romanian president had long talks with the White House, and an American delegation was sent to Bucharest.

All money transfers, agreements and contracts between Romania and the international financial institutions were blocked, the Romanian Ministry of Defense put on alert officers, and the participants were upset and appalled without the true cause of such tension.

Discussions between Romanian and US officials were very sharp, screaming and threatening.

The Romanian side wanted to publish the discovery, provide pictures and evidence and explain the context. It intended to invite leading scientists from around the world to participate in research and study of the findings. But what was most important and what the Romanians wanted to reveal was the truth about the early history of mankind and to point out that the current official history is falsified. They also wanted to share the facts, which unfortunately still remain secret.

However, the Americans reacted very sharply to these intentions, because the publication would in a moment destroy their power and world influence; even worse, it would throw their society and economy into unimaginable chaos and perhaps the whole world. The official rationale for the United States was that it wanted to prevent the outbreak of panic and unrest on a global scale.

"The possible social unrest and probably the direct effects of the lies and manipulations that have been going on for many centuries on the ruling elites and especially the Freemasonry organizations were missing in the official statement."

The pope also spoke through special diplomatic channels, urging prudence and restraint in relation to a step that would be so important to humanity. The popes contacted the Americans because they hoped to gain allies and help prevent them from being published, which would undoubtedly have an impact on the power of the Vatican and the trust of Christian believers.

Surprisingly, however, the pope did not take a clear position, only demanding careful consideration of the pros and cons and promising to provide the Romanian government with certain important documents from the Vatican archives.

According to Caesar, several agreements were soon concluded:

"Finally, after many hours of negotiations and consultations, a cooperation agreement was concluded with precise wording that ensured a balance between the interests of both states. The pope has pledged to make important information available to Romania, which will be confirmed by discoveries in the Bucegi Mountains. After a full day of negotiations, a final document was signed between Romania, the Vatican and the United States. The Vatican and the United States have agreed to cooperate on well-defined terms. Part of the agreement was that Romania would be accepted into NATO under an accelerated procedure. And Romania had to postpone publication. "

For Massini and his organization, this agreement meant that they lost influence over the course of events. For Caesar, on the other hand, to be able to pursue the findings and gain support in this regard, he had to give up his plan to publish the results of his work.

Nevertheless, a way has been found so that information about the discovery can be made available to people, at least in part.
