In the summer of 1943, Al Bielek took part in the Philadelphian experiment, the essence of which was to destroy the destroyer of the USS Eldridge. The ship allegedly disappeared and traveled a few seconds in time.

Bielek later stated that during this time he found himself in 2137. He was in the hospital where he spent at least six weeks. Doctors used vibration and light tools. He also said Florida and Atlanta disappeared from the map in the state of Georgia lying on the ocean coast. Great lakes have joined together in one large lake. All this had been learned from the television that had been broadcasting continuously in his room.

He also mentioned that only 300 lived on Earth at millions of people, including 50 million in the US. But it was not about the Americans in today's sense, but the Canadians disappeared from the map.

Philadelphian experiment

In the autumn, 1943 was reputed to repeat the same experiment until 2749 and spent two years there. Here he saw cities floating around the oceans. The company no longer governed, but some artificial intelligence capable of telepathic communication.

Recognized lecturer on the famous “Philadelphia Experiment”, experiments with time travel and mind control as part of the “Project Montauk”, Al Bielek recently spoke with The Scribe in Yelm.

"I will talk about the latest stage of the Phoenix III project. and some aspects related to it. For the project, I joined 1953 as Al Bielek. I was working on using the interface between the computer and the human consciousness that controlled the last phase of the time tunnel operation, as the Montauk Project says. There were many problems because the work was very difficult and the instruments did not work properly. I became involved as Al Bielek. Preston Nichols engaged as Preston Nichols, and Duncan Cameron (my brother) engaged in another body into which Duncan Cameron's consciousness was embedded without remembered anything about his previous activities in the Philadelphia Experiment.

Technology for time tunnels was provided by Orion extraterrestrial groups, primarily by the Leveron group (hybrid negative reptilian race). The technical group that trained us and provided most of the technical assistance was a group from Siria A. They were highly scientifically educated but materialistically oriented beings who lacked positive emotions. Maybe they did not have a bad heart, but they went in the wrong direction because they had long-term cooperation agreements with Orion Empire, which is committed to providing them with the technical knowledge and the necessary help. This group has secretly developed for our government (USA) highly automated technology and technology for Mind Control, which should transform Western society into an easy-to-use, technologically advanced and materialistic-oriented society.

Around the project there were many small gray aliens (Grays, Grays), but another group of Antaresans, who acted as observer, was involved in the project. Antaresans were very human, very happy and cheerful people. I can not say they have a human spirit. In fact, I do not think they could be anatomically aligned with us. Why they were there, I do not know. They did not do anything. They were only conceiving (observers).

Aliens provided the expertise and hardware they transferred from their computers to IBM's IBM 360 computer. At that time, he was only in trial mode and some changes were made. I (Al Bielek) has been intensely involved in the system activity associated with time tunneling. It was the technology of aliens because we have not yet been able to make the necessary theory. What we could offer was technical competence and technology expertise in hardware design.

Implemented by American company ITT (subsidiary Kruppa). Everything took place under the “Black Card” level, which is perhaps the highest possible level of verification (secrecy) that most people don't even know about. This means that this project is such a deep black hole in which everything disappears, no one has access to the records. This includes purchasing department records and billing of machinery and equipment purchases for these projects, so that no one from outside can check expenses and calculate the real costs, which must necessarily be huge. That is why we talk about a “black project” that is not unique.

Timed tunnels were fully operational in 1977 because it was necessary to make many hardware changes and modifications. All the required results were obtained until 1979, but at night 12. August 1983 was the project intentionally destroyed by sabotage from within. But what has been achieved is unbelievable.

One of the goals of the Phoenix project in the use of time tunnels was to provide support for the Martian colony that has been on Mars since the beginning of 1970.

The ruins of several underground towns and many artifacts were found there, and the existence of a rock monument known as the 'face' and the ruins of an unknown destination somewhat reminiscent of the airport check-in were confirmed. The first expedition to Mars was already 22. May 1962, but the Germans had their base here since 1947. What was found on the surface indicated that much more was buried. However, we did not have in our equipment heavy earth-moving machines necessary for excavation work.

We have sent a coded report of the ruin finds back to Earth:

We were able to put these systems back into operation. Many artifacts, log files were found, all stored in a huge cave that looked like a huge warehouse. The graphics were in an unknown language that we were unable to read. After returning to Earth, we all went through a so-called "flight discussion" during which all the memories related to the project were taken electronically from our minds. The leadership of the Montauk project hoped that the erasure of memory would be permanent, which was not confirmed and the memories would recover fully over time, due to the different structure of the human brain and the seat of human consciousness in a higher dimension. On research trips to the underground of Mars, we found the remains of an old civilization that preceded ours and that was very unusual. We saw that the artifacts left were one of the greatest civilizations, and we realized that they literally died where they stood and worked without interrupting their work. Apparently they survived underground, knowingly, because their circular cities had long been destroyed.

From what I know, part of the Martian survived an attack that destroyed everything on the surface. Then some of them went to Earth and the rest decided to stay on Mars in their underground cities. When their descendants finally died out, the entire race on Mars died with them. It's a pretty weird feeling you realize when you meet the remnants left by an extinct race in the underground of this planet. They just left for a short time and left all their hardware here ".

TS: From your experience on Mars, you have come through a time tunnel - one step and you were on Mars. What did you see there?

AB: Actually, I've never been to Mars. We were just underground. At the beginning of the story, we have to go back to Alternative 3. British TV production outlined the possibility that we have bases on Mars, one or more, collaborating? with the United States government. I do not know if there are Russians or aliens. They have bases on the surface. It's a real world government operation, it's not just about the US government.

Around 1969, they stayed on Mars and found sealed entrances to the underground. They knew there was something down there. It was said that there are artifacts of ancient civilization buried underground because of the traces of civilization could be found on the surface - broken cities, according to NASA 250 estimates - until 300 000 years old. TS: How did the statues look like? How high were they?

AB: Common 180, 210, 240 cm high, stone and inlaid with precious stones or other decorations.

SS: Did they look like people?

AB: Yes. They were very well preserved. We also found archives and many scientific and technical facilities. We also discovered electronic equipment, tons and tons of material. And then another story was born ... I did not remember until Duncan remembered it a week ago. He said to me: Do not forget the 17 000 tons of metric gold Martians that they took away from. According to his memories, it was a very special gold. It was about five times thicker than ours and had a non-quantifiable value. After our second trip they came and we were stopped. It was just after Duncan got into the archives and found a tremendous amount of records of buried civilization underground.

SS: What did you find out?

AB: He was the only one who read it, I could not.

SS: Did he not tell you anything about it?

AB: No. Well, he said something, but now I do not remember anything. It's a very strange memory. SS: Have you seen some ice under the surface like in Totall Recall?

AB: Led? No.

SS: If I remember a movie, I just dissolved the ice to create the atmosphere.

AB: Down there was no ice. There were oxygen generators and some storage space. There were generators that were obviously left behind by the ancient inhabitants. I really do not know much about it, but the device was activated before the colonies moved down the surface. They also dissolved the Arctic glaciers. They are said to have used one or two hydrogen bombs. I do not know if that's true. But they certainly broke a lot of polar icebergs to get water. They are in a small amount, but they have it. The atmosphere is thin, but it is there and the temperature is high enough. There is no problem in the equatorial zone. It's about 50 degrees, and of course, astronomers know about 50 or even more. The temperature conditions are quite good for life.

SS: What was the lighting you mentioned?

AB: Unknown form of lighting when we found out how to turn it on. Some generators are still working. After we succeeded in putting underground lighting, we did not have a problem with a lack of light. Otherwise we had our own portable lighting, but it was not so efficient because we were in large underground chambers and the ceiling was several hundred feet tall so the portable lights were not very effective for such large spaces. We finally found their own lighting. It was very strong.

SS: Do you have any information about your face on Mars?

AB: No, from underground. By the way, there is more than one face on Mars. There were several. But I remember a few years old NASA report, about 2 years old, that they were receiving low-frequency radio broadcasting from Mars. It was about 50 kilohertz if I remember correctly. Relatively low frequency is probably transmitted by some device that produces this RF signal. It was coded, very old and almost unheard of, and therefore it was incredible that it is still being broadcast. But they managed to capture it and decode it with a computer. It was a warning. A warning message for humanity not to repeat the mistakes they (I think they think the Martians) have done.

SS: Do you have any feelings about staying on Mars? What were your main impressions?

AB: We were going through the remains of the old civilization that preceded us, and they felt very strange. We looked at what was left and what was once a magnificent civilization, and realized that they were literally dead, left behind everything until all the civilizations had vanished. Surprisingly, the underground was obviously chosen for survival, because the circular cities had been destroyed for a long time and therefore stayed and lived down there. From what I understood, the remaining surviving Martians (after a kind of surface attack) had to divide. One group decided to fly to Earth and the other to stay underground in Mars. Their descendants eventually died out, and with them the whole race left on Mars. It's a somewhat strange feeling to realize that the last of the race died underground. There they also left all the technical equipment.
