Scientists are not trying to explain it officially, the university is almost a mention of it, and the reason is probably the fact that it can not be explained by official scientific knowledge, that is, what is presented as physical laws.

The fact will probably be that since it is not far from the theory of great unification, the transmitter of gravitational force - energy quantum gravitons has not been detected yet and the action of gravitational waves is not, so there is no reason to compile a set of equations that express this phenomenon in context to other forces, here electromagnetic and gravitational.

Quantum theory

After all, quantum theory is also in complete contradiction with the theory of relativity (regarding the immediate transfer of information. It is bypassing the saying "to be in two states at the same time", but it is only artificial expression.

Finally, in so popular a thing as the electric current and the moment when the free electrons move into the ordered movement, there is a moment of wire connection. So, "some," no one knows what, by that mechanism, the electrons that are displaced by the infinitely high velocity transmit the information that they should be put into an ordered movement, regardless of the length of the circuit. And at the moment the free electrons move (about 1 cm after 1 second), a spontaneously high-energy photon is created from the + pole of the source. The positron-electron chaining, when it's offsetting the total length of the circuit, will only transfer useful information.

What is called the movement of free electrons is not a cause but a side effect. Since the electromagnetic force carrier is of course a photon, and the electron, said free, is only the medium after which the photon runs. This is the real cause of the electrical current "working" at the speed of light.

The free electron movement itself is extremely slow (about 4 m / 1 hour) and the high frequency alternating current at an even higher frequency actually actually stands in place (those free electrons). Then it becomes a problem to explain how photons are actually running. They have to connect the entire circuit and, in addition, run in both directions.

Due to the fact that the change in polarity per unit time can be so fast that it is not enough to make a single circuit during that change, and then it becomes a question of what is actually going on there. As it is "taught" at school, a thin circuit of short length is drawn. Cantors make an assertion about comparing it to a liquid in a hose, but no one can say what the high-energy photon does. As an energy quantum as a transmitter of electromagnetic force, it is already on the way and just before the end of its circuit the polarity changes.

Rather, the thing seems to be such that, unfortunately, scientists are often puzzled and working according to what can not be, they must not be. If a regular scientist at the institute had started to describe this, and to deal with it, others would "try" it. They simply do not deal with it, they do not have a phenomenon.

It's called it Biefeld Brown's phenomenon.

It works as follows: If we take the weight (such as what is drawn on the court buildings), we put a plate capacitor on one side and its conductor and DC power supply. We connect the positive pole to the top plate of the condenser, but do not switch the switch yet and weigh the weight in the second bowl. Practical use

Although scientists almost do not recall this phenomenon, it has one important practical use. In the case of utility satellites, the biggest problem is the fact that it will drop on its track. This, if its position is not corrected, can cause the destruction of an otherwise functioning satellite.

Meanwhile, this is solved in a classical way that the tank has fuel and oxidant in the tank. A command is issued from the control center, and he arranges for the appropriate maneuvering reactive nozzle to fire. The satellite pushes. All this goes until the fuel is reached. The only option now is to transport fuel and refuel tanks in a costly way in the space shuttle.

However, a project is already ready to use this, the science of neglected effect. The satellite will include large-scale maneuvering asymmetric capacitors and photoconductor panels that will provide sufficient DC power. Because there must be capacitors and panels with heavy weight cells, as the satellite falls in orbit, and thus its weight is abolished, the masses do not matter.

If a satellite path correction is requested, it simply sends a signal from the control center and gives the command to bring the voltage to the board of the maneuvering capacitors at the required value and the whole set then moves in the direction of the positive pole of the capacitor.

Capacitor operation

Those photocells may, of course, be permanently developed, at least in part, so that there is always some tension. The voltages that allow you to unfold the required surface of the cell panels and when sufficient voltage is reached then recharge the capacitors.

I personally imagine that the charged capacitor will probably "dilute" gravitons in its vicinity. The energy quanta, which play the role of transmitter of gravitational force and their dilution, stop the action of the material body that produces them (that is, of course, the Earth) with the original force on the satellite, and this is what in the previous case appears with weight as relief.

The question is, of course, how this phenomenon behaves in a state of relative weightlessness, far from all the attractive bodies. Because in the case described here with the satellite, I assume that the relief will occur at the usual distance from the Earth, where its force is evident.

But there is virtually no gravitational force in the cosmic scale on the subject of the satellite size, so it would not be "light". So explanation with gravitons can only be part of this phenomenon.

GRASER

If this device can act on the contrary, like it does GRASER, which could provide forward movement in the direction of the positive electrode of the capacitor by "concentrating" the graviton beam, that is the question.
