Psychotronic Weapons (1.)

6th international conference of exopolitics, history and spirituality

Some time ago, we have posted an interview with General Boris Ratnikov (1.díl2.díl3.díl), who in 1991 - 1995 served as deputy Chief of Defense of RF President Protection. We have learned a lot of information about the history of long-distance psychological research and its use in intelligence and some cases of personal practice.

Psychotronic weapons are not entirely contemporary technologies, as research in this field has been going on for centuries. The results of the original efforts of physicians and scientists involved in researching the human brain and trying to find the causes of mental illnesses were gradually taken over by intelligence structures and over time they have become the invisible weapon of the present.

In this material selected from the book I. Prokopenka Awareness attack. The Truth About Manipulation of Human Consciousness we offer you further information from this area that illuminates a little bit more about this frightening technology that is being used in our present and perhaps even on us.

It can be said that 1945 year ended the visible form of the World War, but it continues under the surface. It's just a little different war. The field that is being fought is no longer the cities, the land or the sea, but - the consciousness of the people. I do not mean a common ideological struggle with his information wars, but a total control over the consciousness and subconscious of the enemy soldiers, as well as the population of the whole country. And in this fight all the means are good and - unfortunately - hard to find out.

About psychotechnologies and psychotronic weapons are now relatively well written. Invisible rays penetrating any material, able to find its sacrifice at the end of the world and subordinate it to its will ... The thought of such weapons awakens fear.

At present, there are detailed and long-tested methods of getting to a person's consciousness without noticing it and finding out any stored information or influencing his behavior. He wrote the 1991. President Yeltsin just completed his first official US visit. Outside of the press, the sudden disappearance of Secretary of the Security Council of Russia, Igor Skokov, who was a member of the delegation. He went on an informal meeting with one of the wealthy people of America - Grinberg. During the conversation he drank a cup of coffee and a glass of vodka. After that, he became ill, and when his escort found out, he quickly took him to the Russian embassy.
It would be said - it can happen. But if this happens in a not-so-friendly country to a high-ranking secret service officer - and it must be said that Skokov was considered one of the most influential people in the Kremlin at the time - such an event must be treated as a diversion.

In order to investigate the case, the Secret Service of the Chief Presidential Protection Command did not leave behind the ocean, but to a secret facility in Russia - the Research Institute of Applied Experimental Psychology. This is reported by the Major General of State Security, Former Deputy Chief of Defense President Boris Ratnikov:

"We were able to carry out remote surveillance of Grinberg, which, of course, he had no idea about. And so the cause of Skokov's strange "disease" was revealed. It turned out that in the States they wanted to clarify the mechanism of decision-making of the new president. Find out how much the Security Council influences this mechanism, what the word is, who has what to look out for when looking for an ally. And to get this information, Skokov was given a psychotronous substance in his coffee. It was activated by the subsequent action of alcohol and Yuri "fell ill". The rest was already a routine…
The remote examination of the situation through the dive into the Grinberg consciousness was done by our specially trained agents. They are the number one in the world. In secret services, this type of agent is called "slippers." All information about them is strictly confidential. There is only a few general knowledge about them: for example, that their "work" time must not exceed 40 minutes. Otherwise, there is a great risk of the mercenary mourning. "

How does such a slipper work? It's lying on a kind of panel. Gradually, with the help of psychotechnics, he falls into the first phase of hypnosis, then into the second and finally into the third. In this state, he opens his eyes and shows him a photograph of who he is to reach. It is essential that he sleeps at that moment. And then he "sits down" with this person. Slipper monitors a complex electronic device throughout its contact with someone else's consciousness and continuously evaluates its condition. Penetration into a foreign consciousness engulfs the slipper so much that even his face changes. If we had the opportunity to look at him at this moment, we would see a completely different person - the one in whose consciousness he is sinking. He even speaks his language.

As has been said, the slipper needs a good photo of a person to know about. That is why Russian secret services have always been watching all journalists, photographers and television crews who have tried to capture the faces of the people in the tribune closely during the May Day and October demonstrations on Red Square. There were members of the Central Committee, among which were not only the top officials of the state, but also the commanders of the circles, the fleets, the air force and other people who knew many important state secrets. Remote surveillance technology is not only used by Russian intelligence ...

According to some information, the Hoodpeakers also have the ability to walk out of their bodies, following the instruction, to settle in the subject's consciousness and lead an "interview." This is a very dangerous weapon of the current invisible war, but we will probably never know the details.

In the years 1993-1996 served in the leadership of the President of Russia's Security Service, Georgiy Rogozin:

"It is possible to enter another person's consciousness and lead dialogue. To convince him to something, to discourage him. Modern psychology allows for a great deal. You can even give the slipper instructions to "go" with this man to the past. And we got to 156 back for years. It is possible to "go" into the future; during our experiments, we looked at 40 for years to come. All of this was very interesting and I am convinced that if we repeat these experiments today and try to see tomorrow's day, there would be a lot of not very important people who would also be very interested. But given that all of these methods are being developed today in a rivalry environment and today's conflicts are intergovernmental, interstate, there is no doubt that these technologies are being used, so there is no time to write about them openly. "

People in important positions are mainly exposed to subliminal action. For example, Major General Rogozin believes that Gorbachev's disproportionately large concessions to Western countries during the 1988 talks in Geneva and many of his environs' utterly incomprehensible and unexpected presidential behavior can be explained by President Reagan's hypnotic effect on his subconscious. According to a number of experts, the American president mastered the technique of hypnotic action on people around him and used so-called "long hand methods" to make contact with their subconscious, which on the outside seems to be a very heartfelt prolongation of handshakes. At that time in Geneva, the two presidents were to meet for only 10 minutes, because everything had been pre-negotiated and arranged long before. It was only an official handshake in front of the photographers. Instead, the meeting lasted almost an hour, allowing Reagan to achieve a completely different result.
By the way - there have been many reflections on a similar topic regarding President Putin at the moment, because many Western politicians cannot otherwise explain his amazing influence on anyone around him. Spell of personality? Many questions remain around the negotiations on the unification of Germany in 1990. At that time, the Soviet delegation came up with an uncompromising decision not to allow NATO to enter the territory of the former GDR. A large number of experts worked on this version for many months and it was binding on the Soviet delegation. Gorbachev also resolutely expressed this position here. However, after long negotiations, President Bush said: "But the Federal Republic of Germany is a sovereign state, so a united Germany will be like that. And as such, in accordance with the Helsinki Accords, it has the right to choose its allies. " To which Gorbachev replied quite unexpectedly: "Yes, I agree." The entire Soviet delegation remained stunned. The far-reaching consequences of this sentence, which have affected virtually the whole world for years to come, are well known…

Why did that happen? Some say it was Gorbachev's betrayal. However, there is another explanation - that this crucial decision did not go unnoticed by the Soviet president's consciousness with the help of slippers or other methods of distancing awareness.

Who knows…
