Letter to the Ministry of Defence

Dear Minister or the corresponding representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic, we are turning to you with a question, which is motivated by some foreign events and their current development, which is gradually coming into the public sphere. We have no doubt that your resort did not miss reports of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP, respectively. UFO) that violate airspace over some sensitive installations in the US and Canada.

Surely you know that already in 2007 the Pentagon established a program AATIP, this was an unclassified but originally undisclosed investigative program aimed at investigating the UAP. Its existence was confirmed by the US Department of Defense in December 2017. It was used to collect data on military UFO sightings.

It was formed in 2020 UAPTF, this is a US government study, this is a program within the US Office of Naval Intelligence, which serves to standardization of collection and reporting…observations of unidentified aerial phenomena…

E.g. US Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks said on 25.04.2021/XNUMX/XNUMX: "Establish procedures for synchronizing collection, reporting and analysis in the area of UAP..."

And even Washington examiner, from June 2021, writes: "There are UFOs that appear to exhibit technology that the United States does not possess and is unable to defend against, according to former Trump administration intelligence chief John Ratcliffe."

In January 2023, US President Joe Biden signed National Defense Authorization Act, which was approved by the US Congress. It contains a part that stores the newly created Office for solving all anomalies (AAR) of the US Department of Defense to review and prepare a report on all previous government UFO investigations dating back to 1945.

This latest legislation does not shy away from answering some of the hotly debated questions that have surrounded the UFO topic for decades. These include, for example, whether the government or its government suppliers are secretly harboring crashed UFOs.

Army of the Czech Republic and UAP

Because AARO is according to the senator Marco Rubio part of NATO, from a geopolitical point of view it is therefore necessary to ask a fundamental question: if the US Army slowly publicly admits that its nuclear arsenal has been compromised by vessels of unknown origin - how would the NATO alliance and its member state since 1999 react to such a globally destabilizing admission? republic?

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Czech Republic supports the further development of alliance capabilities in the area of so-called new threats (e.g. energy and cyber security, the fight against terrorism) and as 01.07.2022 Mr. General Řehka he hinted: "The task is to modernize and train the army for the current form of war, which does not take place only on land, on water and in the air. But also in the cyber domain… and in space.”

So has the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic developed any similar analytical framework similar to AARO?

Or some other preventive program for the investigation of unidentified aerial phenomena over the territory of the Czech Republic (for detection new threats)?

Does the Army of the Czech Republic have any UAP records that could be released to the public, similar to what the US Army has already done?

Thank you for your response.
