HAARP - in Czech High Frequency Active Auroral Research

According to Wikipedia, this is a research project on the behavior of the ionosphere and its processes, including polar shines (hence the name auroral).

There are various conspiracy theories that HAARP attribute to others unfair practices, among others, it is a means of triggering natural disasters such as floods, droughts or devastating earthquakes.

Advocates of conspiracy theories include Brazilian physicist Fran de Aquino, according to whom a fully functional global HAARP network can not only affect weather and geophysical events, but also space and weight, and even time. Using high frequencies, it can modify and even control earth's gravity by locally blocking gravitational waves by creating gravity shielding.
